The location is very convenient, whether you want to go into the city center or South Melbourne Marktet. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. This is my 3rd time staying here. Each time it was a different room with a different layout. This time there was a room with a long desk that you can use as an office. Then a hallway with washer, dryer, and the kitchen. Good size living room and bedroom. I really like it. It's clean and has everything I need. It feels pretty safe as you need a key to get in the main door and your floor. Good value for money.

Nothing really. Well, the water in the shower was a little hard to adjust, either too hot or too cold. Have to find that perfect temperature.

Great location and staff. Clean and well kept apartment.

Can be a bit noisy first thing in the morning one with trucks unloading next door

The two bedroom two bathroom appartment was modern and clean suited two couples well.Kitchen was clean large and user friendly.Loved we could do some laundry washing while in the appartment.

The bathrooms although modern ,showers did not have shampoo /soap or bath gel shelves .So while showering having to bend to floor to use soap or gel was uncomfortable. That was a bit of a pain. Kitchen missing utensils as in sharp knife or peelers..Cutting up fruit or cheeses was a bit hard with butter knives…More.lounge seating would have been nice..Only room for two..Other two had to sit on bar stools which got a very tiring.Our patio door remained unlocked the whole time..Could not lock.Mentioned it when we were leaving,Staff were aware already said it was getting fixed but didn’t tell us about it when went in..

The apartment boasts a fantastic location, surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants. A public transportation station is conveniently located just a short walk away. The spacious room is both comfortable and clean.

Prior to our arrival, the assigned accommodation contained a damaged mirror, resulting in debris on the floor. This was duly reported and addressed the following morning. Furthermore, the unit lacked adequate kitchen cleaning supplies, and one cooking pot was missing its lid, requiring us to borrow one from our neighboring guests

We enjoyed our stay at the Teri City Apartments as it acted as the perfect base for attending a festival in St Kilda before heading into the city for the evening. Our 2-bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable for one night, and conveniently located across the road from an Aldi and some nice eateries. The gentleman who checked us in was super friendly and very helpful also.

It was a bit difficult to work out how to actually check in. But after asking a couple of people passing through, they pointed me to the reception room/office tucked away in the corner that I had walked straight past. Maybe some directions for where to go for check in would make things easier for future guests :)

close to city, cheap, good value for what you get. near groceries and tram, super convenient. clean, friendly staff. super easy check in and check out. As well as nice garden out front and easy steps/ramp access.

lot of people yelling loudly outside at night, people walking the halls trying to open doors, people waiting outside trying to get in as you walked in. How long it has been taking to get key deposit back. the internet was bad, people kept connecting to the tv in our room/turning it on/off as well as changing what we were watching.

1. Location. Depending on where you need to travel to. If it's around the city area, it's very convenient. The tram stop is just few minutes walk away. Head out the apartment lobby then turn right toward the main street and right again along the main street. It's by the traffic light. 2. Convenience- Woolworths supermarket is in the mall which is right next to the apartment. Turn left when walking out the apartment lobby and past a loading zone and the underground car parks entry then enter the building. There are many restaurants nearby too. We only tried the Malaysian restaurant across the road of the main street which is the right hand side of the apartment lobby. 3. Staff is friendly and busy so just patiently go back to them for anything. 4. We were a big group and the 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms suit us perfectly.

Our room didn't get clean so had to request the staff to change our towels, that's it. Requested an additional bed but it wasn't fulfilled so had to go to the reception to remind them including getting more towels. _ Could smell meth or drug occassionally from the neighbours.

Very clean, beautiful facilities, prime location with Dan murphy's, Woolies, ALDI and parking facilities all next door, with plenty of places to eat. Amazing Staff that genuinely make you feel welcome, great sense of humor and very down to earth. I stay at TERI twice a month will continue to do so for a long time.

We had a great stay — the apartment was spotless, well maintained, and the staff were friendly and really looked after us, helping with things like extra keys without any fuss.

A couple of small issues with the room: it took quite a long time (about five minutes) for the shower to get hot, and we couldn’t get any hot water from the bathroom vanity taps. Also, it would have been nice to have a few basic kitchen supplies like salt, foil and similar essentials that you’d normally expect in a full kitchen apartment.

A Fully appointed apartment including washer, dryer, wifi, TV, excellent kitchen good storage and very comfortable bed. Supermarkets less than 100 metres away. Coffee shops, restraunts and bars all within 700 metres so great alternatives for business lunches while in town. 700 metres the other way and you are at the Crown Casino and Exhibition Centre. The perfect spot to set yourself up to spend a week in Melbourne.

A little construction going on at the top of the street. That said the noise was during the day when i wasn't at the proerty.
