The older couple who checked me in were sweet, and started the experience nicely. The room had all I needed and was laid out efficiently, so I had a nice stay. It's an easy walk down to the center of Praia da Vitoria, where there are plenty of dining and shopping options, and it's not too far from the main attractions in the town. Super close to the airport, just a 5 minute ride (or a 40 minute walk)

The lighting is harsh but that seems to be typical of this level of lodging

Really enjoyed speaking to the owners. They were very accommodating. Willing to hold my luggage after checkout and arrange shuttle service to the airport. They also have car rentals on hand if anyone wants to rent one. Nice little breakfast offering. The location is terrific. A short walk down to the beach and into the Center of town. Grocery stores less than a 10 min walk away as well.

The Matress is a bit on the harder side.

The breakfast is a continental breakfast which is exactly what I like and expected. The room is very comfortable, everything is very clean, the staff very professional and helpful and the location is perfect. Yes I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

There is nothing I did not like here at hotel Branco. I am very comfortable and the wi-fi is perfect.

Localization and car rental at the same place. We easily communicated in English with owners. They are super helpful and arranged a transfer to airport for us, they also stored our baggage after checkout but before transfer to airport.

One could argue about room sizes, but we were prepared and it wasn’t problematic

Friendly staff! Great location to walk to the center and main strip. Clean room and bathroom which is a must! The AC works perfect for a great night of sleep after all the fun during Festa! Highly recommend for an affordable stay!

The room was clean and provided exactly what I needed at that price. I was happy I was able to leave my luggage in a secure room for a few hours after checkout, until I had to leave for the airport.

The pillow was very hard and overstuffed. I could have really used a glass in the room so I could drink water.

Been staying here for many years on and off since 2005. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful, location is perfect for Praia da Vitória, good value for money and always nice to return, hope to continue to stay here for many years to come. Clean and comfortable throughout, always happy to go that extra mile to assist and help.

The friendlyness of this be staff who was always helpful this was from the management team to the cleaning staff, all staff were polite, helpful, friendly and smiling. The cleaning of the rooms was done to a very high standard each and every day.

Not applicable as there was not a thing I didn’t / don’t like about hotel Branco 1

The hotel was a good location for us. We could walk to the Marina it was clean, the staff were friendly and always helped us with what we needed. The rooms were clean and there was air conditioning it is a cute hotel.

The rooms were a little small but we were comfortable there.

Its not a 5* ... But its clean, has everything one needs ... Was there only for a layover (very close to TER airport) but would have no issues staying there for a holiday.

Its not on the beach ... But they never claimed it was so ;p and its also 1km from the beach anyways
