Great location, very short walk to main street and shopping centre. Lovely little one bedroom cottage with every thing you need. Very comfortable with large screen TV. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely come back here again. Staff were wonderful, even ringing me to see if I needed anything, that was very impressive.

My only fault was that my outside light near my front door was out so was abit scary when I came home after dark. I was at the back cottage along a fence line.

I liked the overall layout of the cottage, the location was great as it was within walking distance of most things and it was in a quiet area.

The toilet had faeces on the back of it which we had to clean off before we could use it and the big bed was too soft in the middle and there was no washing machine.

Fantastic location, very short walk to Coles, Aldi , the main street of Cowes and easily walkable to the beach. Heaps of cafes, vintage shops and restaurants nearby. Cottage was perfect for 3, including comfy couch. Smart TV was very welcome. Kitchen doesn't have oven, but the electric frypan, microwave and hotplate meant we could do great self catering. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and a good teabag/coffee bag/sugar starter kit. We appreciated decent stock of toilet paper, dishwashing detergent and 2 good tea towels.

We brought everything, but basic oil, salt, pepper, cling wrap and paper towel would be good. Weather was too wet to enjoy our little private courtyard or the central BBQ area.

We stayed here 4 nights. The place was clean and comfortable. It was handy having the kitchen and separate living area. There was Foxtel on the TV. Shower had great water pressure and lots of hot water. Location was great - a quiet street but also a short walk to the Main Street and beach. We had an issue with our key and the owner was very kind about it which we appreciated.

Not a huge issue but reception/staff were not on site very often and there didn't seem to be any set office hours, so if you needed to contact them for any reason you had to call and wait, which wasn't as convenient.

It was tucked away. Very private. Very clean and spacious even though it was a 1 bedroom.

That you had to walk through the bathroom to the separate toilet. If someone was showering, you can’t walk through to the toilet. Also so oven, so had to cook our pizzas in the microwave. :)

The manager was very helpful with all our enquiries and even drove us to a venue when we were running late. The cottage had all the amenities we needed and was very clean and comfortable with extra blankets. I would recommend these cottages for a perfect stay on Phillip Island.

Really there was nothing to complain about. All good.

Perfect Location. Was able to walk the beach and the stores. All of us had a great time. Very well priced. If I was to come back to Philip island for a holiday, I'm coming back here.

Owner was very nice. Place was clean and decently comfortable. Good proximity to penguin parade and Cole's.

The pathway to our unit was dark so coming back from penguin at night, the pathway was not lit. Would be nice to install a light.

My kids like the house very much because the TV provided Netflix surprisingly. All are good including spacious living room, comfortable beds, sofa and free parking just outside the house. Place is also quiet.

Unfortunately, hot water is not supplied continuously. It stopped after 15 minutes and then resume after around one hour. Some of us can’t wait nor take bath at night.

Clean, roomy and walking distance to the main part of Cowes. Off the main street so very quiet. Second time we have stayed at this property.

Heating could be more effective.
