We booked The Victoria as we had a wedding nearby. It was easy to find, parking was free and we parked right outside. We were greeted by friendly staff and as you walk in the pub has a great atmosphere. The staff are fantastic, knowledgeable in the products and attentive but not intense and the food was very good. The room was clean and modern. For an overnight stay, it provided everything we needed, but if we had been staying more than a few nights, the size of our room may have caused problems. The room had all the little touches you'd expect, bottled water, tea, coffee, biscuits, and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, too. The continental breakfast, included in the cost, was fantastic, and the full English breakfast was exceptional. Very good quality products. When we booked in, they were serving roast dinners, and it looked amazing and smelt fantastic.

Our room was quite dark as on the ground floor and the window had a privacy film on it. I understand the reason for this, but personally, I like a brighter room.

When we checked in we were given a downstairs room with frosted window. It was dark and not very welcoming. When we returned later in the evening we asked another member of staff if any other rooms were available. We were given an upstairs room. Not only did it have a view of greenery but it was slightly bigger than the first room shown. It was comfortable and quiet and perfect for our one night stay in a location close to family and Richmond Park.

The first member of staff could have been more helpful and given us the better room seeing it was available. Always good to ask if one isn't happy with whatever's provided.

a continental breakfast was included in the price but we opted for the cooked breakfast which was very good. the bedroom was on the small size , but was adequate for the one night we were staying and the ensuite bathroom was also adequate. there was no air conditioning in the bedroom, which made the room very hot, there was a fan provided but didnt really have any effect

Beautiful building, friendly staff, perfectly suitable rooms, great breakfast! Room was spotless. Extra bonus for being ready early. Perfectly easy to find road parking outside property.

Two very small issues, kettle in property won’t fit under the bathroom tap to fill, had to be a little inventive but managed, and the shower drain was very slowly, doesn’t appear to have a hair trap so likely buildup but no odour etc.

Although adjoinong pub was closed on Tuesdays, a member of staff came to book us in after we rang the mobile number given. Room was clean and bed very comfy. Bathroom narrow, but very good shower. We had to leave early next day to catch a bus for a hospital appt. However, we were given pastries and tea to take with us. All the staff that we met were very welcoming and friendly.

Unfortunately the pub adjoining the hotel was closed on Mon and Tues. We would have loved to have eaten there, but we knew this when we booked.

Lovely staff, beautiful quiet location, close to some shops and handy to Heathrow and Richmond.

As soon as we opened the door it was clear the previous guest had smoked in the room. The smell was overwhelming and disappointing.

Convenient location. Enjoyed the continental breakfast on Sunday but no breakfast service on Monday!

My room was on the ground floor and the creaking floorboards from the room above kept me awake! Window lock didn’t work which was a bit of a worry for a single woman in a ground floor room with no overnight staff on the premises.

Lovely friendly pub with delicious food . Comfy bed, lovely location. Great atmosphere on an evening. short walk to trains into London.

Breakfast included was continental. Can order Extra , Eggs Benedict etc but quite expensive to add on.

Loved our room and the restaurant, food was delicious...location was a bit away from everything but uber fixed that. Room was very spacious, lovely clean bathroom and fan in the room was a god send as it was over 30°!
