Very central, very nice hotel, everything you expect from a Radisson Blu, including the very nice breakfast. Extra thanks to the bar staff who handed us the remote control for the TV so we could watch the overtime and penalty shoot of Women's Football Euro Cup. Room finally had a fridge, alas we didn't have food that needed cooling. A cupcake was waiting for us in the room with fresh strawberries!
windows could not be opened, not nice as we like to sleep with the window open and did have a room to the backyard which would have been quiet. Drain in the shower suddenly smelled very badly in the morning. Stench went away after some ventilation, but not nice. Vegan options at breakfast very limited. Supposedly you could order porridge or egg specialities, but cook was to busy to even notice us and waitresses were no use. Parking garage was full, but we were able to park at the street for less (as it was Sunday). Also, the hotel was really expensive and for that sum I would have expect something more.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were extremely polite. The choice for breakfast was great. Our flight was later the evening of check out and the hotel had the choice of leaving our luggage there until later that day.
I believe the only issues were as follows: the door strip to the bathroom wasn't quite right and we caught out feet on it several times. The shower seals, the upper ridge of the sink, the toilet require deep cleaning, there were cobwebs where the wall met the ceiling and the carpet needed a good clean. The coffee machine drinks were not hot (barely warm). Overall great stay, just needed the few tweaks as stated. Bed not comfortable at all.

The staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. We came as a couple and our friends for my partners 40th. Hotel room was spotless and cleaners everyday. Amenities like the restaurant and bar were a high standard and good price and selection of food and drinks. Location was central to everything BUT the best thing that made it was David the concierge WOW what a legend he was sp welcoming cracked jokes gave us loads of advice and made our holiday more memorable. We all said we would return because of him.
Nothing honestly couldn't fault it would definitely return and book this hotel fantastic

The location is excellent within easy access of Dublin City attractions. Rooms are spacious, modern , comfortable & impeccably clean. At check in we were asked if we were doing anything nice & mentioned that one of our daughters was celebrating her graduation from college & the next day our other daughter was turning 21. Evan on reception was so nice he arranged Prosecco, cakes & cocktails to be delivered to the girls room along with two beautiful congratulations messages . Such a thoughtful gesture. We loved our stay & will definitely be back very soon. All staff were so helpful especially Evan !!
Nothing!

Absolutely loved our stay here! It's a shame it was only for 1 night. Very easy check in and out process with lovely welcoming staff. The room was fantastic. Clean, spacious and very cosy. The room included a couch area for having coffee etc by the window. We couldn't believe the decent sized bathroom we had! It had a shower and bath. Bed was large and comfortable with lovely bedding. Great location - not too far from a lot of pubs and restaurants. Public transport very good in the area also. We will be back!

The fact that the phone in the room didn’t really work on the Saturday afternoon still don’t know why

Fantastic Staff from check in, and the Concierge who brought our bags to the room was such a lovely gentleman who always had the chat everytime we saw him. Anything we asked for from reception was dealt with straight away. Rooms are so lovely and spacious with very comfy beds. Bathroom had both shower and bath seperately which was a lovely choice to have. Breakfast had a fantastic self service selection and always plenty of tables free so no waiting. Location is only around 7 mins from Grafton Street/Temple Bar, ans 10 minutes from Trinity so ideal location

The room was pretty large for a 'standard' room. Was nice and clean. Pretty conveniently located with a few cafes and stores nearby. Staff were lovely. The interior was also lovely. Enjoyed our stay!
Little bit surprised to see there was no fridge though. I also scraped a bit off my socks when walking between the bathroom and main room's carpet. The edge of the carpet was sticking out and caught the fabric off my sock, leaving a hole in there now. Should've been something there to hold it down.

Room was very nice, 2 double beds, enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenage children to stay overnight. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice for all of the family. Great location - easy to walk into city centre.
Be prepared to park in a local carpark, hotel carpark can be full, its small - there are a couple within walking distance. Reception staff very helpful with reduced rates for available for the carparks.
