Staff were friendly and quick to respond to phone contact.The room I was originally allocated to had not been cleaned or serviced. I was quickly re-allocated to another room on ground floor which was very fresh, spotless, roomy and well prepared. I had a very comfortable stay. Thank You.

That I had to walk up many stairs to a room on top floor which had not been prepared and walk down to the ground floor to another room after a long drive.

Nice and clean, easy to access, comfortable

The parking area is very small- only enough space for three vehicles and very difficult to turn around. Also the property is not very secure, there is no security gate to the parking area (which leads to the rooms). The security door to the street (brunker rd) can easily be walked around. The security door to the second floor was always wedged open (not locked)

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Location was good not far from a mall and plenty of of local takeaway near by. Cost was reasonable. Pillows were fantastic!

The only 2 things that were something I would choose to improve was the sound from other rooms, especialy the room upstairs. Walking and sliding of chairs were really loud in my room. The other thing that should be fixed is a blind in the bathroom. Frosted windows are not enough privacy when there is a walkway right past the window. Just one other suggestion would be a information pack in the room about nearby locations, information about taxi and bus services. Not everyone is an expert with uber and such

The fact that the area was peaceful and the room was very nice too mind you it was also very comfortable once I had been there for a full day

The chester draws needed to be cleaned as a couple of them were dirty and had not been cleaned for ages

It was located very close to shops. I liked the idea of using code instead of a key to enter unit.

Some of the wall was puttied over but painting that bit of wall had to be done. There were also what looked like splattering on the ceiling which looked like blood. But everything was clean apart from that. Also no good for any one who cannot use stairs except front units.

Excellent facilities for cooking with a comfy bed and a great shower. The location was perfect, very close to all the shops and a short walk to the train and bus to catch public transport.

Tidy; clean; easily accessible; we found parking very close; convenient for the purpose of our trip; would stay there again.

Quite a strong smell of bleach when we walked in. Had to keep bathroom door closed to block out light coming through the window.

Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom.

Push mechanism missing from wardrobe doors & a few electrical switches dodgy. Droopy toilet roll holder. A few small maintenance repairs would improve score.

very easy access big rooms would stay there again as soon as possible and continue to when I come to Newcastle. cheap and easy other then some crazy people yelling in the street

just the crazy person outside yelling and the fact the lift didn’t work

Perfectly located,room was on the second floor,bonus. Bed was amazing so comfortable .

Pretty much liked most of what was there,but the wardrobe door needs fixed ,simple really .
