Great position gorgeous gardens and pool Excellent food

We asked for Bath robes and we were told they didn't have any Happy hour was advertised but didn't happen You have a fantastic product here but it needs some serious changes We were made to feel very uncomfortable as we ate twice in the restaurant(the food was excellent) the staff were laying up the breakfast tables all around us on both occasions We wanted coffee but was told it was too late It appeared to us that priority was given to coach tours even displaying cut price drinks for them !!! We sent a message to Debbie regarding these issues but didn't receive a reply You could totally upgrade this hotel with some staff training from frustratingly average to excellent

Yummy breakfast, clean room, well maintained pool

I would've loved to have been prioritized a floor level room, as I was on my own with 3 little children with plenty of bags. I did enquire on check in and no other option was given (understandable at short notice) I was then offered help with my luggage but nobody came which I thought was average service. I found some staff incredibly polite and helpful while a couple others I couldn't even get a smile out of unfortunately. The breakfast staff were fantastic, the lady on the desk greeting us was lovely and I appreciated all her help throughout our meal :)

I've stay at the scenic a number of times, individually and with social groups and the staff are always incredible. They make all the difference and because of them I rank the scenic quite high as a place to stay when visiting Paihia. I had a great check in experience, the bar and wait-staff are so friendly and easy-going and they deliver quickly to you room. THEY HAVE ROOM SERVICE!!! I loved that. The room was clean and close to the pool and dining area. Lots of room to store bags and belonging. The garden flowers/hedge smelt amazing. Parking was easy to find. Did I mention the ROOM SERVICE and you can order drinks to be delivered lol. It's excellent!

The room is very dimly lit, even with the curtains open and all inside lights on. The tv screen is blurry and static-y and there are minimal channels to watch. Was kind of miffed that I couldn't order off the Ala Carte menu but they had a beautiful roasted lamb set menu though.

No complaints about anything Will definitely be booking Here in the future We would like to highly commend Heather the safety officer For quickly coming to my wife's aid

The breakfast menu could have had more options other than what was on offer The ladies toilet needs to be bigger in main dining area One of the front desk attendees was very hard to understand A small first aid kit should be in every room

Price was great.. Customer service from front desk and the food server was amazing... Nice and peaceful.. beautiful setting.. restaurant food was great .. rooms were great

Overall great but pillows and beds were too soft.. no support..so my husband ended up with sore back in the morning. Tv only had 3 channels of sport and 2 other channels.. so lucky we had our phones... Kettle was faulty wouldn't turn off.. dangerous as it kept boiling when I was in the bathroom... But overall good I would be back but hopefully change in the future will happen

The room we booked was very nice, on arrival, we opened our door to a stair case with an extra room so that was a bonus, we didn’t use it though, we stayed downstairs and made use of the lounge area, very nice and stunning, cozy feeling also

I didn’t like that the Heat Pump didn’t work, I couldn’t get it to turn on, I ended up using the heater on the wall instead which was way better and faster to heat our room. Normally when I’ve been to other hotels, a little milk is provided for Tea & Coffee however, the fridge was empty, that’s not a big deal but, would of been nice to be able to make a little Coffee. Other than that, everything else was perfect

Beautiful area with plenty to do close by. Gorgeous beaches surrounding lush blue horizons. Lots of tourist attraction deals on offer to explore the local scenic area. Shops and supermarkets are at the touch with plenty restaurants scattered for your stomachs desire.

Could hear people through the walls talking, cars coming in & out all throughout the night. The TV channels were very limited for Sky TV. We brought a chrome cast but couldn’t use it as TV was screwed into wall.

The buffer dinner on Friday was amazing, simple food but prepared well. The breakfast was also great. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The only challenge which was manageable was the shower size, it was quite small. Aaron, Siwe, and their team are doing a great job. We will certainly use this place in the future.

Check-in - great. Easy. Informative Car park- great. Right in front of my room Bed was comfy. But one of the pillow cases was stained. Were the linens changed? Maybe not

Breakfast was included, but on the second day the buffet was 'not available' and I was only allowed to have a la carte hot food. Not quite the same. Bathroom was annoying - the fan turns on automatically when the light turns on, but doesn't turn off for several minutes, and it's VERY LOUD. So, even if you just want a drink of water, you have to listen to the fan for about 3 minutes after. A bit further out of town.

Tidy and a good sized room. Comfortable beds. Great shower pressure. Nice pool for kids to enjoy, has a shallow section which is great for the little ones. Has a restaurant on site, unfortunately didn’t get to try it out during our stay. Our family loved this hotel, we enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t get a carpark directly outside our room, as taken by another guest (not enough parks for guests staying at ground level and above rooms) so had to park away from the room. Quite a walk to the main shopping street from the hotel, as we had young kids we just drove down. Otherwise loved this hotel.
