Our room was 101 and it was very clean. The bed slept good. Pillows a little hard but that's just a preference. The location was excellent!!Could get where we needed to get.. we usey Lyft the whole weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good also. Staying 4 days I just wish the meat was switched up instead of sausage everyday. The breakfast hostess was very friendly, very attentive to everyone around and the breakfast area was extremely clean. Food area stayed stocked no matter what time we decided to go to breakfast. And coffee was 24 hours and was always fresh for us.

The bathroom was a little backwards, because the door opened weirdly and hit the toilet so it was kind of a maneuver to get in. That is really my only complaint.

This was our 2nd stay at this location. Last year we had an unfortunate incident with a different hotel and the staff at this Best Western were so kind and went above and beyond to get us into a room. We plan to come annually for Breyerfest at the Kentucky horse park and will definitely be staying here each year. The hotel is always clean and the staff are very friendly. We love the breakfast bar! The make your own pancake station is a favorite!

Slamming of the outside door of people coming and going all night long. Pool was dirty needs deep cleaning. Bathroom was very small only enough for one person at a time.

We came due family member in the hospital and passed during this stay. We needed to extend days then ended up not needing as much extra time. Manager helped us with rates and allowed us to use dinning room for our family gatherings before our family member passed and after. He was great! Hospitality was absolutely off the chart amazing! Facility clean and good location. Would definitely stay again under different circumstances. Highly recommend and not to mention the breakfast. 6-9 always full and fresh eggs, sausage, pancakes. This alone was the best no matter the time.

I 100% recommend this hotel! During our weekend trip to Lexington we originally booked a different hotel about 10 miles away from downtown, but when when we got there it ended up being a disaster. I was recommended the Best Western Lexington Inn and they were able to get us a room within minutes and saved us from the nightmare hotel that we originally booked. David at the front desk is by far the sweetest and most helpful person I've ever associated with at a hotel, that man deserves a raise! The room was super clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom came prepared with a lot of necessities just in case you forget something. The breakfast was top notch, and the location of the hotel is great no matter where in Lexington you'll be heading to. You will not regret booking here! This will definitely be my #1 hotel choice in Lexington for any future Conventions I will be attending.

Very clean and smelled really good.

Pool is small but that’s not a huge problem. Oh, another things it’s a pancake maker for breakfast not waffle since it doesn’t mention much about breakfast great set up though and lots of options.

The location was great; close to I-75 and to Lexington sites. This Best Western was very clean, room and bed were very comfortable. A hot breakfast was available and offered varied items. Lastly, the front desk person (young man) at check-in was pleasant and very helpful.

My husband and I had no major dislikes.

AC/heating unit didn't work. Wouldn't budge off 68 degrees even though it was cold outside and we needed a little heat. Made constant noise. But we let the gentleman at the desk know and he seemed to want to get it fixed asap.

The room was very nice. The bed and pillows were great. Staff was very pleasant.

The bathroom was tiny! The door wouldn’t open all the way! Did like the dispenser of body wash and shampoo in the shower. The breakfast was ok.

The place was great as most BWP are that I stayed. I only have one complaint and that is it is a non-smoking place yet the weed smell was terrible. Smoke is smoke and when I asked about it the person on duty said there was nothing he could do. Kind of just dismissed me. I have nothing against weed its just i paid for a non-smoking place and that's what I expected.
