The location was great. The metro is nearby, and there are many affordable restaurants around the corner (mostly Asian or Indian). The room is spacious and comfortable. We even felt that there was too much furniture, which, in our opinion, wasn't necessary. The hotel, in general, and the room have an older style, so it could benefit from some renovation and refreshing. However, what was provided was fine and functional; it’s just a matter of personal style. The staff is excellent—everyone is very friendly, helpful, and reactive. We had an issue with the washing machine, and it was replaced within an hour, which was impressive. There is staff available 24/7 at the reception, so there's always support if needed. They prepared a baby bed for our toddler when we arrived, so it was super nice (and free). The free parking is great if you rent a car (which is much needed in Dubai). The swimming pool is also quite nice and not crowded at all, although it was a bit cold, even though it’s exposed to the sun and the weather was hot. We used only 2 times during our stay, but it was still nice to have.

The kitchen didn’t have many appliances or dishes. The few pans and pots provided were so damaged that it’s not really safe to cook with them, as they have many scratches, which is bad for health and should be replaced. We didn’t have enough cutlery (just one fork, while we were two adults and one toddler), so it would be nice to have more provided.

Very helpful staff. Location was great. Room was as described Have to remember this is a 3* hotel - For that facilities were very good. Reasonably priced as well.

Room wasn't cleaned as well - Lots of dust on the furniture. Carpet and sofa needs deep cleaning. Someone had to physically let us in while parking car Microwave was broken.

They didn’t inform us that we Need to tell them if we want to do the make up room when we are out. So when we reach home the room was still the same when we left No mugs available In the kitchen

i like the whole appartment, staying for vacation, i like the pool and location of the apartment near to all,restaurants, taxi, stores, near supermarkets mr. mohamed in front desk, he entertained us and welcoming us very comfortable, next time we will check in again, i do have only 1request, 2bedroom apartment can accomodate 6 person maximum, thank you

i have no words to explain how happy and blessed i feel for booking La villa najd hotels Apartment, from A to Z everything was perfect , from guard to all receptionists and hotel's other staff all were very welcoming and helpful, this Hotel is located nearby Mall of Emirates , there are many restaurants and grocery shops and other malls in walking distance, many Yummiest restaurants are on door steps, bus stop ,metro on walking distance, Apartment has all facilities from washing to cooking in short perfect place to make your stay like home i would like to thank all individually.. because of them i have extended my stay in dubai.. If you are looking a place like home then this a perfect apartment to book.. MR MUHAMMAD : What a wonderful person he is ,he welcomed us and made our stay superb, he played a role of a home guardian for us , always just a call away was he, i have a backache and he made sure that i will sleep on comfortable bed and then had headache and he gave me medicine and my pain was gone with a wind, Mr Muhammad you're a wonderful man may GOD bless you always.. MS LUCCY: The beautiful receptionist with a charming smile , like others she always helped us during our stay.. MR DENIS : the night guard wowww what a genuine person he is he is a real life guard, as i stayed some days alone and he always followed me to some nearby shops late night so i feel safe and sound , and because of him i was all ok to go to shop at late night 3am..

The hotel is close to the Mall of the Emirates, I mean literally around the corner. The staff is excellent, very helpful, and eager to please. I had a 1 bedroom apartment, not too big but comfortable and clean. Kitchen is fully equipped allowing for the cooking of all meals.

There is nothing that I did not like about this hotel. The only small downside is always using the underground car parking. The birds play target practice on the car if you use the reception level car parking.

In Fact, Everything was right on the dot as expected! The staffs were very friendly, Especially Mr. Mohammed the Manager was always ready for any issues. Mall of Emirates is just 5 minute walk from the Apartments. Nice Restaurants are available below the apartments so no food problem. there are dozens of menus the hotel will provide if requested. They will also order it for you in case you have communication issue in Dubai! Just talk to them for any matters you are stuck in. Solutions are right there! They Arrange RT-PCR test who will take the Tests in your own room & comfort!

Good location next to Mall of the Emirates. Spacious and comfortable rooms.

Too much noise from the AC Ventilation - we had trouble sleeping first 2 days
