Amazing staff. They are friendly, polite and always going above and beyond to make sure that you have an amazing experience. Really recommended for solo travelers. The bedroom is so cozy that you almost don’t want to leave to go sightseeing. The hotel is extremely well located, in the very city center. Try their wine selection, the owner of the hotel has a wine cellar and the majority of the wines are from there.

One of the most incredible hotels that I have ever stayed at. The location is fantastic with plenty of easy access to a whole world of sights, sounds and flavours. The staff are exceptional in every way that you can imagine. Breakfast is a must experience feast. Dinner at the restaurant felt like a fine dining experience. The rooms are so stylish and you will feel like are walking through a colourful dream. The head chef is supremely talented, an absolute gentleman and chatted with us as if we were his old friends coming to visit him. Their entire team will make you feel like royalty. You will leave with a heavy heart because you couldn’t stay longer but will still manage a smile because you gifted yourself this experience.

There is nothing that I didn’t like about this gem.

The hotel was beautiful. Centrally located to all the shops, bars, restaurants and sight seeing. The decor inside the hotel was stunning. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was superb and the wines devine. The only issue I had was the wine service, sometimes I had to get up and get the bottle of wine and pours myself. We had a lovely waitress Beautriz who looked after us most of the stay and she knew when we needed a top up. Bravo Beautriz. The bed was huge and so comfortable, and each floor had vibrant colours in the hall ways and rooms. Would definitely come back again.

There was nothing to fault, the staff were so welcoming and attentive from reception through to the Bar/Restaurant. Food was excellent and it is by far one of if not the best hotels we have stayed in.

The location was fabulous, and staff went above and beyond for us... It was the small details that made the experience enjoyable. Everyday there was a new handwritten note thanking us for choosing the Art Legacy Hotel and asking if there was anything more they could do for us, they couldn't everything was perfect. Their wine selection at the hotel bar/restaurant was fabulous and made a lovely back drop to the area.

Great Location and /excent breakfast . Thank you for the wonderfull service during my recent visit from 3/27 to 3/31. Everyone I interacte with was friendly, helpful, adn professional, with really made a diffrence . My Husband got really sick during my stay. We have to go Hospital .Tiago Peirico and Joao Martins helped me to called texi and went to with us to ER till we safely came back to Hotel. You all helped make out trip even better, and I will definitely be recommending your hotel to friends and family.

The staff at the lobby, restaurants and housekeeping were all very good. We were especially delighted to find a CR7 themed teddy bear in our room on the last day before checking out. The special bit about it was that the staff who helped us settle in on our room on the first day remembered the name of our daughters teddy and they left a very cute note that this new CR7 bear would be a good companion to the one my daughter had. She is definitely a fan now and will come back for sure :)

Location of the hotel is excellent, we could easily navigate / plan our sightseeing trips around Lisbon from there. Staff incredibly professional, courteous and gave great advice to plan our days. Hotel decor and rooms are superb, very good breakfast, great bar facilities and we noted how many non-residents used the restaurant / bar which is always a good indicator of a hotel.

Overall we were really happy with the Art Legacy Hotel. The air con took in the room took a bit of getting used to but once we figured it out there were no issues.

The Art Legacy is a true gem! The location, just steps from Praça do Comércio, is a major asset for exploring Lisbon. We were impressed by the comfort and the beauty of this 5-star hotel and, above all, by the kindness and efficiency of the entire staff. A big thank to Tiago, whose warm welcome and professionalism made our trip even more enjoyable. We will definitely return!
