Small rooftop pool with views of the lake. The pool was approx 1.4m deep with no shallow end. It’s nice to have a dip at the end of the day. Both the pool and the shower on the roof are cold, which is fine for the hot summer but I imagine could be a bit of a shock in other seasons. There are 4x sun loungers on the roof. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer on each floor. They sell laundry pods at reception. Breakfast was decent, but unfortunately if anyone is smoking in the outdoor area it does blow straight through to the rest of the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. There are cooking facilities in the room. Although we showed up an hour early, the room was ready so we could check in a bit early. This was a lovely exception they made for us. We asked for rooms close to each other and we got adjoining rooms. It’s a decent 40 min walk from the centre of town, Uber taxis are readily available and the tram is approx 10min away. There is a lake nearby with kayak hire and other activities for the kids. We did not go this time but will return.

When we arrived, the shower gel was empty.

Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant was very good and they have nice bar area. Also liked swimming pool on roof terrace but was a bit small. Would definitely stay again if staying in bordeux. Tram stop is only short walk away from hotel and tram gets you into centre of bordeux in about 15 to 20 minutes.

Only thing for us was the location. There is nothing really near hotel like supermarket or shops.

The hotel is located to the North of Bordeaux but has amazing transport links a short walk and tram into the centre. The hotel was clean, had onsite parking that covered us for an over-sized vehicle. This is paid for per night to cover and reasonably priced. Didn't use any of the facilities at the hotel, the restaurant was closed at the weekend so we couldn't use it and didn't have breakfast as we wanted to explore Bordeaux. The room was large, comfortable beds, great bathrooms with good shower pressure. I recommend this.

That the onsite restaurant was closed. It looked great but no service for the days we stayed. We will try it next time.

It was close to the lake, it was comfortable and the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was just a tram ride away from the centre of Bordeaux so easy to get around.

The lift wasn’t working for the night we stayed which was tricky for my wife who was on crutches. The staff were brilliant about this though and offered lots of help. We had to move rooms in the end as the power went off in our room. The staff handled this brilliantly and we were upgraded to a bigger room.

We thought the hotel itself was really great value for money with friendly and welcoming staff. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice . The hotel also has a small gym and pool which weren’t too busy . There is a small shopping centre about a ten minute walk away . Bordeaux lac is very close as well offering pretty views and we could see people swimming.

The hotel is a long walk from the city centre but is a 12 minute walk away from the tram and then a good twenty minutes into the centre . This wasn’t a problem for us as we are active, however I think if you had mobility issues , this could be a problem.

The hotel is relativ new. Our room was sufficent large and clean. We were looking to a noisy street, but the windows are soundproofed and air condition worked good. Tram station is some minutes away. Thus you need only ca. 20 min to city center. Addition the closed parking is benefit. Pool and fitness we didn't use. Therefor time was to short. Finally, we found the whole staff very attentive.

There were only two bath towels for two persons, but no additional towel for hands etc. This was the first hotel during all our travels which posseses generally no small towels.

We booked for room only but there was delicious Danish pastries available free in reception every morning :) Great location, just a short walk to the Tram that went straight into the centre....The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, the shower was great. The pool on the 4th floor was nice (if a bit small!) A very reasonable price for a great hotel in a good location :)

The rooms were nice with good A/C and okay shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend the hotel as it is cheap with all the neccessary amenities.

The breakfast was okay, not much to talk about, it was sufficient. The service at the bar was pretty slow, as there was only one staff member that was both the waiter and the chef.

I liked the staff especially in the restaurant It was very French but very good fun Thankyou to the receptionist and Jose and Sylvan at the bar /restaurant Good pool very private Generally good but could be great with a little investment

Carpet in bedroom could be updated

The hotel was very clean and the staff are very friendly too. The hotel has a lovely bar restaraunt with excellent food. The hotel is also has a great location directly across the road from a beach at the lake and easy access to Bordeaux centre by tram.
