Big and beautifully appointed apartment, so well equipped, it was ground floor, and the terrace opened onto the pool area. Two pools, one for swimming lengths etc. And a leisure pool surrounded by palm trees. Across the road from a gorgeous surfing beach. Can’t rate this highly enough, and the couple who were looking after the apartments were so helpful and knowledgeable.

The facilities were fantastic, the location was great, the room was big and spacious with everything you need for a self contained apartment. Would definitely return, but take my own pillows and a mattress topper! The linen was fresh and clean, Netflix loaded on the TV, nice and private apartment but with great views. Beach access right across the road. The lady there at check in was lovely, friendly and helpful.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, and pillows were too soft with no support. I would suggest mattress toppers or something. Didn't sleep well at all. Unfortunately the lady the rest of our stay was not so friendly or welcoming. Was very abrupt and made you feel you were a pain by being there. (A smile can go a long way)

It was a beautiful place, closer to the beach and closer to town. The kids loved the tennis court. Will definitely stay there again when we don’t have to bring our four legged baby :)

The apartments are well equipped and a great size to cater for our family of four. Maxine was amazing as we arrived a lot later than expected and after hours due to traffic and road works - with one phone call she happily came down to meet us and showed us to our room. We booked a 2 bedroom unit. It is located perfectly to access the beach across the road, with a short stroll to a coffee shop and small cafe within a 5-10 minute walk. A variety of eateries offering different cuisines are but a 5 minute drive away near the hot pools and popular Copenhagen Ice-Cream store. The Staff are very friendly and accomodating.

Unfortunately a couple of dirty dishes were returned into the cupboards possibly from the dishwasher of the previous guests, although everything was available for a quick re-clean. The carpet looked like it had glitter in it but after a vacuum we found that it was sand - the vacuum cleaner was missing a pole although this was easily rectified with the numerous amount of powerpoints making it easy to move around the space. This did not impact our experience and we would happily return.

the view was fantastic - very WOW when you walk-in and see the ocean! The staff are lovely and super helpful. The room is well appointed and clean. it had everything you need.

the dryer took three runs for 150 minutes (450 minutes total) to dry a load. The bed and pillows weren’t super comfortable and aren’t king sized so was a little squishy for us. the apartment had some maintenance issues (lights didn’t work - but bulbs were replaced very quickly by the staff when notified), panel falling off the oven and side of the island (were told it will be replaced soon however), carpet needing replacing (although we were told it was being replaced soon). no additional bin bags left in the room which is helpful for longer stays.

The apartment is well maintained and great for short and long-term stay.

It would have been better to have instructions or self check in process for after hours. It took us a while to find our room. But overall we enjoyed the apartment

We stayed as our son had a golf tournament. Facilities were great, heaps to keep our 4 kids entertained, lovely apartment, spa bath worked & was enjoyed, clean & tidy. Mini golf was great for the whole family. We had a great time across the road at the beach & loved being able to hear the ocean every night. Staff were very helpful.

On the booking app it said there was a coffee machine, but we didn't find one on arrival. The lap pool was "heated" but still really cold & the lagoon was icy so everyone was playing in the lap pool which made it hard to do laps.. and we didn't get to make use of the pool we were really excited about. Thankfully the spa was there to warm up in 😊 Mid-summer would be the best time to stay if you're looking forward to the pool area.

Great location, opposite beach, next to excellent coffee shops and by the surf life club. Could not fault it. Perfect facilities like pool, spa bbq and underground car park.

Internet was slow. But not a big issue.

Dripping toilet all night Fold out bed was extremely uncomfortable gave sore neck and back. Lack of sachet coffee & hot choc for 5 people Blocked vanity’s when water on a filed up fast and wouldn’t drain had to brush teeth elsewhere Door access with old school keys not simple hard lock again but dated needs swipe cards for accomation that level

The pools, the landscaping, the courtyard seating and dining. Our son appreciated the gym and sauna. The staff were friendly and helpful. The general ambience of Cutters Cove was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the apartment was very well appointed.

Our overall impression was very satisfactory. The omissions were minor :- luggage rack, hook for dressing gown on back of bedroom door, directory for cafes/restaurants.
