It was a lovely area to stay in. Whilst you could see people staying/living at the apartments, you didn't hear any untoward noises.

I found that where the lockbox was, you had to maneuver up and down many stairs. My friend uses a walking stick and I've only just recovered from foot surgery that occurred two years ago. As we were parking downstairs, it would have been a better option to offer where to collect the keys from. eg: from the reception lockbox or from the lockbox as you enter the carpark area. This may save people who have limited abilities of maneuvering lots of stairs.

I stayed 10 nights for the second year in a row. An absolutely stunning location and a unit I would live in happily. The amenities are amazing, straight across the road from beautiful beaches and a five minute drive to Yeppoon. I will be back. The only thing I would improve on this stay compared to last year, are the mattresses. Unfortunately they were old innerspring mattresses and very hard and springs poking into you when laying on them. Other than that, there’s nothing I’d change.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay and picked this area to be close to a beach without a lot of tourists. Great sized apartments. We stayed in a pool view apartment not knowing if the road side was going to be noisy . Everyone was very respectable with keeping noise to a minimum even when it got busier on the weekends. We had our own car to travel into town, the supermarket and to the marina.

The air conditioner wasn't cooling in the second bedroom so I sent a email directly to Lammermoor's when we left. No reply was received.

The beds were really comfortable and we felt well rested.

When we arrived there we still have not received the code to get our keys, I phoned them and was one the line for 5 minutes before getting through to someone for the code. Extra blankets. This was the first place I have ever been that don't provide an extra blanket. I am always the only one that is cold 🫣 and normally there is an extra blanket i can use, but there was not one. This was small things I picked up. Other than this it was an amazing experience

We were a late checkin and the staff were fantastic in letting us know how to access our room. We loved the 3 bedroom apartment and across the road was the beach! It was clean and modern. 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms was perfect for us. There was secure, undercover parking as well. We had washing to do after staying on Fraser Island for a week so the top loading washing machine and the dryer were a welcomed addition. Beds were incredibly comfy as were the pillows. If you were to ask my kids what the best bit was, it would be the wifi. If you were to ask my husband what he liked most, it would be the pay TV station. And for me, the best bit was the shower. The nice hot shower with amazing pressure. We liked this apartment so much, we thought about buying the apartment that was for sale.

The pool was cold. Not that big of a deal for us since the beach was right there.

Perfect location straight across the road from the beach and we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom ocean facing unit which was amazing. Super comfortable rooms with all the home comforts you could need for a family. It was so good we booked to return in January

Nothing at all we were very happy with our accommodation even though there's no reception on site they were contactable via phone call.

The unit was beautifully styled and a great location across the road from the beach. The kitchen and laundry were well fitted out and anyone could comfortably stay for weeks. The swimming pool was great and a lovely spot to relax after a day of sightseeing and exploring Yeppoon and Rockhampton.

1) The mattresses on all beds were very soft and uncomfortable to sleep on. 2) There were no curtains in any of the bedrooms resulting in too much light filtering in during the night, for both bedrooms. 3) The lights in the corridor (for all the other neighboring units) outside the units front door, were on throughout the entire night making it difficult to sleep. 4) It would have been nice if the unit had a set of plastic cups/glasses for us to be able to take drinks to the pool.

Excellent location, beautiful furnishings and decor.

Extremely disappointed in the allocated parking. The allocated parking was too small - with no warning that it was only for small vehicles. My car was damaged in the attempt to fit in the most parking space. I did notify management but they didn’t seem to care. That’s thousands of dollars damage to my BMW.

The location across from the beach was fabulous. The size of the unit was great for 3 adults and 2 children. Communication was excellent. The pool was a little chilly but looked like it would be nice in Summer. A small range of toiletries, washing liquid and dishwasher powder were supplied. Parking was excellent.

Sliding door to the main bathroom didn't close and left a fairly large gap. With no screens on the windows, the flies and bugs were able to enter freely.

Clean, modern, huge apartment- perfect for our family of 4. Great location; comfy beds, great sized kitchen/lounge/bathrooms

Spa wasn’t heated; too cold to use in cooler Months. Outdoor rec room & kitchen looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks; very dirty - but we didn’t use it. Hopefully it’s cleaned for the summer as would be an amazing space for families/kids
