The apartment was so lovely for our family of 5. The kitchen was all set up for coffee and had all the amenities we needed - iron, hot water kettle, espresso maker, microwave, stove ... having a full kitchen plus space to hang out in the living room was perfect. It's in such close walking distance to some really amazing bakeries and restaurants plus downtown Rome and the metro. We would go back and stay again in a heartbeat!

The only thing that we had to ask for was more toilet paper - but they were so quick to bring it by. It was a bit tricky to find the 'office' to pay the city tax. We weren't able to connect with them while they were in which ended up causing a bit of extra work for them/us.

Nice location near the Colosseum and was clean and comfortable. Staff was around most mornings and breakfast if you chose to have it was ordered the evening before and served in your room and at the time you select. Very nice B&B. We walked to almost all of the major locations in Rome. We only took the metro to go to St Peters Square.

Check in and access to the B&B was all via an cell phone app, so you need a networking cell for easy access and sending your check-in documents. I think you can work something out with them if you do not have a cell phone with networking in country.

Really amazing space for a family to stay and visit the many sites of rome! The main bedroom even has a balcony with view if the colosseum! The kitchen and living room were great to have as we prepped breakfasts at home before going out into the day. Really has everything you could hope for at a very reasonable price! Hosts were very communicative and upon check-out, we were able to store out luggage at the admin offices to make the most of our last day as well.

This location was centrally located only a 10 minute walk from the collesseo. There were plenty of wonderful restaurants around and the Metro stations for both A and B line were easy to access.

The listed location is quite a bit closer to the colleseum than the actual location. Everything else was wonderful.

I liked the location to the colosseum. The apartment was nice and clean and tidy and it was ideal that we could drop off our bags before exploring Rome. I had lots of good communication before arriving and was updated often. Great customer service and a lovely stay in Rome.

It was unfortunate the cafe next door was always closed, but that wasn't anything to do with the company. Otherwise no negatives.

Location was right around the corner from the coliseum and many restaurants. The apartment had a lift which was very nice to have. The office entrance then apartment inside was secure and nice to have staff onsite.

The room was beautiful. The mattress sagged a bit in the middle but otherwise the accommodation was very nice.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum metro station. Cross the street and go clockwise around the Colosseum. At about 11 o'clock, walk left across the road's crosswalk and you will be on Capo D'Africa Street. The apartment is number 14, and the check-in location is number 26 (ring buzzer). Both are located on the left side of the road if you are walking from the Colosseum. Lots of restaurants near the apartment as well.

Everything was great, but some of the light switches were obsolete.

The apartment was clean and nicely laid out with a lot of amenities. We liked the special character of the ceilings and the bedroom headboard wall. We were left a bottle of prosecco, which was a very thoughtfu gesture. The location was ideal.

It was quite noisy from other apartments at times. The shower was very small. As the office, which was a 5 min walk away, doesn't have a working doorbell, it was very difficult to contact the staff there without internet access. It would be a good idea to let guests know in advance that the doorbell doesn't work as we rang it quite a few times before realizing it.

Staff was perfectly nice and helpful. Way to go into the appartment was very comfortable as well with the link for opening the doors. Room was clean and in very good location. Rooms were quiet and room insulation was sufficient even from the rush street.

Breakfast was limited to the selection which we have done during first day. The Menu was very limited as well, but the food was OK and served to the room. Under the lining there was water proof protection which was not comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and responsive. The location was fantastic- we stepped out of the door and the Colosseum was right across the street! The bedroom and lofts were cute and living cum dining room was comfortable. The kitchen was well provisioned. The secret garden was a lovely surprise!
