amazing location, walking distance from the fisherman's bastion and really close to a subway station - breathtaking view of the parliament and the Danube - delicious food

absolutely no check in before 15. they don't even bother checking room availability, guests are just refused the check in - i should have had 4 complementary drinks/day for the room that I booked, but the second day they were never replaced, - breakfast could have had more options, but it was delicious - drapes had an issue and could not completely cover the windows, leaving some light inside the room

The location is in the city center and it takes only about half an hour by taxi from the airport. The environment is excellent and the breakfast is abundant. It's exactly the kind of food I like! There are also free parking spaces available. Especially, the hotel is right opposite the Hungarian Parliament Building. At night, when looking at the Parliament Building across the Danube River, the view is simply breathtaking! Everything is so wonderful!

The magnificent panorama from our 7th floor window was something to behold. The view of the Parliament building is breathtaking throughout the day and especially at night when the lighting adds to the spectacle. Watching the goings on, on the Danube was very entertaining. The staff were great and Rebecca at reception was very helpful and obliging.

No complaints. The rooms are pretty basic, but who cares when you've got the view over and across the Danube that we had.

The only minus was that the sofa, although it was prepared as a bed, did not have a duvet when I asked they did not have one and the reason was that they were taken by surprise by the cold outside and were left without a duvet, the one who slept on the sofa covered himself only with a blanket since it was December outside and minus degrees. The room was for 2 adults and a child

Breakfast was ok, plenty to eat. eggs each day looked like they were sitting for quick a while and bacon was dripping in grease. Everything else was fine. Could do with normal tea in the room as they only provided scented tea or 1 coffee sachet each day. No wa

Greasy bacon, couldn’t find milk for tea until my last day. Could do with normal tea with milk in the room as they only provided scented tea or 1 coffee sachet each day. No water provided in the room. I asked for tea for the room from the nighttime staff and he was quite rude to me as he ate a bag of crisps so I left went to my room. Other staff were lovely.

The hotel arranged joining rooms for our family of 4. So great for families. The rooms are clean and well sized. The parking is perfect right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was decent. The location is a few minutes walk from the metro that brings to any place in the city.

Pillows are very flat. I know I could have asked for extra ones, but did not do so. So that is on me.

The location is very good as it's close to the metro station and the view over the anube River and the Parliament is phenomenal. The breakfast was rich but the restaurant always crowded, several days we had to wait for a table to be free

The rooms didn't have a balcony. We requested two single beds, but they didn't have, they had a sofa bed which wasn't comfortable due to metal protruding from the sides which is a safety hazard while getting in and out of bed

The location is great. In Pest zone and near to Spar supermarket. The room is clean and almost have everything you need. Quality of the breakfast is perfect, specially the eggplant cream which is a Hungarian traditional food.

I expected bigger size for the bathroom and more for the facilities based on money I paid and a four star hotel. A bit small and no towel dryer radiator!

The front desk staff were incredibly polite, adding a touch of warmth to my arrival experience. The room boasted spectacular views, especially in the evening when the Parliament building lit up, making it a prime choice for anyone seeking memorable cityscape vistas. Its close proximity to public transportation was also a definite plus.

It's important to mention that parking comes with a fee of 16 euros per day. Additionally, one of the rooms had an awkwardly designed shower, fixed in place and lacking flexibility

The location is very good, near the most important tourism attraction.

Room services: in 4 night/ days we stay, the room services cleaned our room only in 2 days. On the first night the windows were opened and the next night it was needed to call the reception to ask to lock the windows. The air-conditioning doesn't work.
