The location, staff, and rooms were great. Very clean and modern. The food in the restaurant is very good.

The statements about not ordering food delivery is discouraging and inappropriate. Guests should be allowed to eat what they want and not be made to feel guilty about bringing food back or ordering food. If the hotel wants to encourage more guests to eat in the restaurant then increase the diversity of the menu and include less expensive options. The solution is not on the guests. It is on the hotel management.

Location was great. Very quiet neighbourhood but close to underground station, making the city within easy reach. Staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Food was great. Room was comfortable, and spacious enough considering the amount of luggage we had!

Insufficient lighting in room, making it quite dark.. only had two ceiling lights, and bedside lamps that were not all that effective. There are no lights over the mirror in the bathroom. Loose tiles on the bathroom floor.

The location was excellent, just a short distance from Paddington Station and Hyde Park, in a beautiful area. The staff were fantastic, extremely kind and helpful. The room was spacious, and the breakfast offered a good variety. There's also a lovely restaurant on the first floor, which is perfect after a long day of exploring the city.

My room wasn't as clean as I had expected. The carpet had noticeable stains, and the bath mat had black mold. The bed was also not ideal, as it was two different beds pushed together, and the pillows were a bit old. Despite these issues with cleanliness and the bed, I still really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The reception staff were so friendly and they offer what ever you want and ask, the have bidet which is suitable to us as Muslim but at the first day they didn't give us the room with bidet they said that we didn't tell them before so we wait two days to change the room

The location is little bit far away to the center bus stop, an example of we want to go to harrods we need two buses, just to oxford or Regent Street was directed. The house keeping so noisy and there is no privacy at all, 3 times they open the door while we sleeping they just knock the door once and say house keeping when you just wake up to reply they open the door🙂🙂🙂 The plugs are limited just 2 next to the dressing table and 2 down the bedside table which I don’t discover them all the time just last 2 days. They don’t offer bottles of water for all rooms which was shocked to me😅 this is the first time to me to be in this situation.

Hotel is located in perfect location for us. Short walking distance from Paddington train station, underground and buses. We absolutely enjoyed the area especially with park in short walking distance. Friendly staff, very clean interior and nice decor. Breakfast quite simple but very tasty.

Hotel is an old building beautifully decorated and maintained. However, you could easily hear people walking above your room. Couple of small but noticeable issues with wonky shower doors, that caused small leaks; blockage in the basin. In my opinion those things should be checked and fixed before clients complained

Nice and comfortable rooms, clean, quiet, good water presure. Beautiful neighborhood, very close to Hyde Park, close to Central, District and Central metro lines stations.

Both lifts broken during my entire stay of 5 days - quite amazing that they failed to fix them … In the afternoon, when returning from the city, the room was very cold; I tried various things: to change the temperature of the cooling device, switching it off, speaking to staff at the reception; they were very polite, they made a note but in the end it was clear that nobody reads these notes … next day the room was again very cold. So, each day we opened the windows to catch something from the warm outside and we went for a while outside where it was much better …

Very easy access to public transport. The staff were very helpful and changed our room to a larger one when we requested it.

The breakfast was standard- not much variety and the fruit available was mediocre. Anything made to order was not part of the breakfast package and was charged separately. It was very crowded as the seating was limited and the hotel was full.

The location was good, the staff were extremely helpful and accomodating and breakfast was excellent.

The bed was well past its use by date, not comfortable at all

We were happy with the front desk staff after we complained about the first room we were assigned, which was directly over the train tracks and very noisy, dingy, stuffy and small. They moved us to a better room for the same price which, while although a little outdated, was much brighter, bigger and quieter, so we felt very comfortable there. The lobby is glamorous, and the breakfast was consistently delicious, so I highly recommend choosing that option! The actual breakfast room is very crowded, but you can check the recommended times to avoid that. The street is lovely, and the hotel is located just two blocks from an entrance to Hyde Park, so we were able to walk to our evening concert at the Royal Albert Hall! Loved having the Leinster Arms on the next block too, a classic neighbourhood British pub.

Nothing! The only consideration might be that if you are doing a lot of the main tourist activities, you will have to calculate your bus or tube rides well, as it is a fair distance from the "action". The bus stop is fairly close to the hotel, but the tube station is about eight blocks away.

It is clean and in quiet area. The rooms cost are good. The best option which I selected this Hotel it is because they have bidet or shataf. For hygiene people from Europe, Middle East and Far East this will be best value for Money Hotel. I hope the Hotel Management install the bidet (Shataf) in all rooms. I believe it will be sold it all year long if they market it about caring about hygiene The other good thing the hotel few minutes from Hyde Park The rooms also big as compared to other hotel.room and they provide even iron in the room I will book in the same hote in my next visit to London if I know the hotel.will provide a room with bidet in the bathroom
