The staff were genuinely lovely, so welcoming and accommodating. They remembered my name and checked in with me every day, which made it feel really personal. I honestly can’t fault the service. The room was cleaned daily and was really pleasant overall. It had a large bath, which was perfect for unwinding after a hot day. The pool had a great view, and the food was consistently very good - have no complaints there.

There was a gym with limited equipment, but still enough to get in a decent weight session. I stayed in a “town-facing” room. The view was a bit dusty, but that’s just the nature of the landscape and what I booked, so no major issues.

Prime Location Situated just a short walk from Hoi An's historic centre, the hotel provided easy access to the city's attractions. Despite its central location, the hotel maintained a peaceful ambience, allowing for restful nights. Additional Amenities The complimentary bicycles were a convenient way to explore the area at my own pace. In summary, my stay at the Cozy Savvy Boutique Hotel was delightful. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations and prime location made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Lots of things to like - Wonderful and kind staff. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable - Comfortable room and a nice view - Excellent breakfast

- Spa was fairly average, especially considering the fact that it isn't cheap - The old town is about a 15 minute walk which can be a bit of a haul in summer, especially with family. They do have cycles that one can borrow for free, though

This hotel has lovely spacious rooms that were nicely decorated. My friend and I booked the family room and we basically got two separate rooms with our own bathrooms and just an interconnecting door. Breakfast was very good and the staff were super friendly and helpful. When we arrived we were greeted with some tea and biscuits and Lyn sat down with us and gave us a map of Hoi An and lots of good recommendations for things to see, do and eat. The hotel is about a km from the old town but there are plenty of free bicycles available to borrow. We even used those to get ourselves to the beach one day. We also used the massage service (they had a two for one deal in the afternoon) and the laundry service was reasonably priced as well (by the kg not per item).

The staff at Cozy Savvy truly ensure you have a home away from home feeling. We loved Lyn's recommendations for local restaurants and tailors, Hannah and Tammy always greeted us so kindly and checked in with me every day after I felt sick one night. Emily, the restaurant manager, was very passionate about coffee and made delicious drinks we'll remember for sure. She also provided a great crafting workshop to make grasshoppers out of coconut leaves, during which she also showed us how to brew Vietnamese coffee at home. The rooms were also very nice and clean, breakfast was delicious (Danny's omelets were a real hit), but overall the staff made our visit in Hoi An truly wonderful! We will be back when we visit again.

The beds are really comfortable! It’s soft enough for you to sleep like a baby as well strong enough to hold your back. The facilities are good Breakfast is small and lovely, the dining area do have a great view One of the receptionists was super nice, she drew us a map with everything you need to know about the town when we checked in, must took her like 20 mins to show us around. and she kept smiling and chatting sincerely all the time, too bad I didn’t catch her name, but big thank you to this lady. She highlighted our trip and the hotel!

Just double check with the bill you signed. They overcharged me for the room, and when I questioned it’s not same as what I booked, instead of checking with their own mistakes, they asked me to double check with booking company. Even when I showed all my booking details with price and everything they just insisted on what they are doing, and assumed I was wrong. After a long discussion I decided to check in first and before I called booking.com they figured out whats wrong. So how difficult could it to be done when I first said it’s not my bill? Just double check or say something like we will take a second look, instead of saying “you must be wrong, you call the booking company, it always happens.” Still a long way to go for the receptionist training session

The property was close to Hoi An old town and the rooms were very clean. Having said that this property is rated as a 5 star but definitely does not feel like one. There is only 1 staff member (Ms. Tracy) we thought who was constantly the person to get any help from and was lovely. House keeping was excellent and kept rooms clean throughout the stay. The basket boat ride organised by the hotel was excellent.

There were mosquitoes in the restaurant and barely any staff to help out with orders. The man who served us was wonderful, but looked over tired. We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and The ladies at the reception never made eye contact. No one was rude , but it felt like they lacked the care factor. Breakfast was basic and unlike other hotels there was barely any table service. We were slightly dissappointed as this was our 3rd time visiting Hoi An and we have never experienced such disconnect.

great hotel! the room was great and clean, the location was great - a 10 minute walk from the old city (close but outside of the chaos), the staff was more than amazing - gave us great recommendations, accommodated my gluten-free food requirements (once I got to breakfast a member of the team always knew I was gluten free and suggested options, they even made me gluten free pancakes). the swimming pool on the rooftop was great for the hot hours. overall we had a great time and really recommend!

they tested the fire alarms on two late mornings out of our stay, they called a few minutes before they started to let us know. I personally enjoy sleeping in late on my vacations and would prefer not to be interrupted. I totally understand the need to test for fire safety, but It would be better if they could either do it in different hours or let me know in advance so I can wake up calmly and not by a phone call.

The cozy savvy boutique was so relaxing , all the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast had something different every day which was all delicious. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel. The pool was lovely and clean and the staff came to ask if we needed anything. If you want a relaxing vibe to unwind this is the place for the personal touch. Great location to all attractions and the staff were very knowledgeable on local eateries and sites to visit. Excellent service from front of house to the cleaners couldn’t fault them

We had a fabulous stay at Cozy Savvy. The rooms were lovely with comfortable beds and fabulous amenities. All of the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a brilliant stay. A good breakfast selection everyday with eggs made to order and a variety of other dishes to suit all tastes. A special shout out to Hannah on the front desk, her welcome and suggestions of activities and local places to eat were all 5 star. Happy hour by the pool in the afternoon was a perfect way to cool off and refuel for an evening out. The location is great, a short walk to Old Town but in a quiet neighborhood not far from the river. Plenty of massage places nearby.
