Everything was great for us

just don't have music blaring at the pool all day. If you must play music, do a happy hour music thing.

The property is spacious, rooms are of a good size can easily fit a large family of 6-7. Nice selection of toiletries provided and will definitely recommend and stay here again.

There is no air con in the second bedroom with the bunkbed.

It's nice and quiet you can hear the frogs on the pond at night. Very well lit at night, you can walk around the small community without getting mugged.

Only one thing we didn't like was that we booked this vacation a year ago after we found out it was marlin week. My total cost was $1560, and some change. I changed the date because I thought we were staying longer but ended up changing it back to the original dates and I had to pay $1900+ for the same days I had a year ago with the lower cost. Which is what I should have paid in the first place. I even asked that in the message, but never a response. But other than that little problem, which would be solved if they give me back the difference. That would be the awesome customer service that I said they have.

Excellent features such as the screened in porch, kitchen, cabinets, countertops in the kitchen and bathroom are high-quality. Beds were comfortable, high-quality fans.

A bit cramped in the master bedroom. Very little room on the sides of the bed. Bedroom with the bunkbed was very warm and recommend may be adding a ceiling fan. Towels were not available upon arrival. Pillowcases were not on the pillows in the master bedroom upon arrival. Left a voice message and then an email and they came two days later with towels and pillowcases. Some utensils are missing. Only three spoons rather than four.

Beautiful gated, mostly quiet community! Very relaxing atmosphere! Loved relaxing in the pool! At night, you can sit on the screened in porch that has a ceiling fan and listen to the frogs that are in the huge pond next to the pool! We loved the patio with the chiminea and the ambiance of the string lights that run from house to house! The beds are super comfortable! I was surprised that the house already had so many amenities already there, pots, cups, plates, bowls,…you name it, it’s there. There’s even full size bottles of PAYA brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower! Overall, we were really impressed with our cottage and we can’t wait to come back!

Pee stained on the wall behind the toilet. We were also surprised at all the marks on the walls since this is a new property. Really sucks that people don’t care about these properties.

There were a few areas in the cottage that could’ve been cleaner, found visible dust on some surfaces as well as dingy stained washcloths and one of the bedsheets. (Next time I will bring my own towels/ linen) Besides that, it was a wonderful accommodation. Centrally located (only 3 miles to the boardwalk), very charming and cozy cabin. The grounds are very well maintained. Friendly staff as well as visitors. Next time I go to Ocean City Shore Point Cottages will be my first choice for accommodations.

I loved the place! It is like a tiny home. Everything is so cute especially the little screened in porches. I loved how pet friendly it was.

There was nothing I didn't really like just some feedback. I guess the only thing I wish I knew was there was no office and my card would get charged for the remaining balance. I should have read the instructions for check in a little better as I drove around at first looking for the office. I realized the access code opened my cottage as well. All was fine with the charge on the card, but it might be good to let others know the card on file would be charged and there is no office.

Cleanliness, Location, Beautiful units. Everything one needs right there and a plus with the bath essentials shampoo, conditioner, and body wash even a steamer to do your clothes these were all things I brought along. Brought my daughter and granddaughter my daughter now uses a cane, wheelchair and rollator to get around since having Covid in 2021 she was in the hospital for 10 weeks 8 in ICU we lost my husband to Covid in fact our daughter had no idea she lost her Dad for 3 1/2 months. I also was in the hospital was home one day when he passed away. Our girls always loved the beach, so this was a trip to help lift their spirits. It is very hard for me these days, but I do what I know he would want me to. It helped to be in such a bright and cheerful place next time we will ask for a handicap unit although we thought we did it still was good for her to get around inside had I been able to afford more rime we sure would have stayed longer. We hope to come back another time , Thank You for such a beautiful ,bright and cheery place.

everything was above and beyond can not think of anything .

Clean, comfortable beds, nice linens. Everything was as expected. AC worked well. Soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided. Large fridge. Great outlets with usb for charging. Fireplace was fun to use to make smores. Dog poop bags given throughout the complex of cottages. Easy distance from Assateague Island.

Limited kitchen utensils and no cereal/soup bowls - only plates. Even though you could walk your dog in the complex of cottages, there were no sidewalks or crosswalks on the roads outside of the complex to be able to walk a large dog for any distance.

That it was brand new, convenient location, quiet, and adorable. Especially for wanting a different scenario like your class beach hotel or condo room.

The check in process. We checked in on Saturday, if I would’ve known I could’ve requested an earlier check in time I would have. But there was absolutely no one to contact on a Saturday. No available assistance. Nothing. I called multiple numbers for hours, and even tried contacting booking.com with no resolution. It’s a gated community, so no access unless your sent your code.
