The location is great! The cottages are set up really nicely in a little mini community. The pool was nice. The landscape looked great. There were fire pits with beautiful furniture with each cottage. The inside was cozy but ample space. Pet friendly is a plus! Really liked that there were no keys, just door codes. Great homemade ice cream stand right next door! Very quiet! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The cleaners could have done a better job. Seemed like an oversight as everything else was fabulous. I just used a swiffer and cleaner and all was good.

Everything was great for us

just don't have music blaring at the pool all day. If you must play music, do a happy hour music thing.

The property is spacious, rooms are of a good size can easily fit a large family of 6-7. Nice selection of toiletries provided and will definitely recommend and stay here again.

There is no air con in the second bedroom with the bunkbed.

I like how you have your own little cottage with a small kitchen and a full-size fridge, and also, the screened in porch with the ceiling fan helped cool it down a little. Also, the liquid soaps they supply you with, hotels usually give you a bar of soap, not a fan of that. The pool was simple. The kids liked it, though.

There isn't much we didn't like, the only thing I would say is the beds could be a little more comfy a little too stiff for my liking and a small table or maybe TV trays would be a huge benefit for when eating with the family. You have a bar facing a window, which is okay, but it's hard to see the TV.

The property location and setup make you feel seclusion while still being “in the middle of it all”. The layout of the cottage was perfect. For a family of four, we were rarely on top of one another. The pool was a good size and even with lots of people rarely felt crowded. There are laundry facilities and even a fire wood dispensing machine so you can use the fire pit in the private outdoor area. The landscaping is gorgeous. The cottage was exceptionally clean. The screened in porch with ceiling fan and the little private outdoor seating area made the small space feel even bigger. And the fact that they ALLOW PETS (👏), made this truly a wonderful vacation for the whole family. We will definitely be staying here again!

The only complaint we had the whole time was that there was a crack in the shower floor that leaked onto the bathroom floor. The management was apologetic and made sure we had what we needed to accommodate for the inconvenience.

The place is clean and perfect for a small family. The pool is nice and well kept.

The stove in our unit was broken and it was a glass top so that can be dangerous. We had to ask for towels and were told we are responsible for bringing our own towels or use the ones provided and wash them ourselves in their laundry which was $3 per load. The gentleman later did bring the towels so the issue was resolved. there is no table inside to dine at. I understand that the space is limited and there is a counter provided but that was a little hard to use for us. Lastly, there is not AC in one of the bedrooms and it got pretty hot and stuffy at night. We did have a small camping fan and were able to manage without.

I enjoyed the gated community, the pool was nice and although there was only one washer and dryer in the laundry unit it is nice to have available. I like that there were smart tv’s. Having a stovetop and accessible dish ware was also a nice touch for stay in cooking. Area was quiet and in a convenient location.

While the property itself is nice, seems housekeeping isn’t all that great. There were dirty bowls and spoons left by the fire pit. We did not get to enjoy the outdoor fireplace it was full of ash. Under the couch was pretty gross, which you can see when you pull the sofa bed out. We did not get any bedding for the sofa bed and that’s not a very comfortable sleeping choice. The bunk bed room was hotter than the rest of the unit because it did not have any air or fan in that room. The tv did not have its own remote either. The living room remote didn’t work on that tv either we had to use the back room remote to operate that tv. The shower while nice felt like it was sinking, the floor was very uneven.

The location was fantastic. DOG FRIENDLY!! Nestled between OC and Assateague, super easy to get everywhere, including Berlin! There were excellent food choices just across the street for all meals. The cottages were in a gated community with a designated driveway adjacent to the unit. While we visited during the off-season, there was a pool that looked nice, and as a bonus, it was handicapped accessible. There were firewood bundles available for purchase for the private unit firepits, located in a vending area near the pool, and a laundry facility was also on site. Having access to a dumpster on site made dealing with trash much easier if you stay for a lengthy time. Everything worked with your access code, making navigation a breeze. The basic kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals, aside from an oven. They even provided a small bottle of dish soap and a clean sponge at the sink. The bathroom was well-appointed and included a wall-mounted station of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. If you're only going for a weekend, you have everything you need on-site. Finally, the front porch was perfect. It had a lovely table and chairs, a light, a fan, and was screened. We enjoyed sitting and chatting, and our dog loved it as well. For EV drivers, there are charging stations.

The beds took up so much of the room that there wasn't much space to get in and out of bed. That could be an issue for older people. We stayed in a standard unit, and handicapped-accessible cottages are also available. The driveway is just big enough for a truck, but that makes it difficult to get into the side patio yard. While it is dog-friendly, there is no designated dog park or running area, so you must walk your dog. Additionally, the pet bathroom areas are small. There is also a main road at the entrance, so caution is needed for pets and children.

The location was perfect, close to the boardwalk by vehicle, plenty of restaurants, activities and Dunkin Donuts for early morning coffee runs.

No one was accessible by the phone number listed on the property but there was a gentleman who overseas the property who helped us but if he wasn't there right when we arrived to gain access to the property I'm not sure how long it would have taken. A suggestion would be to have the general access code for the gate and the individual codes for each cottage.

Clean, quiet and spacious. Good parking, friendly neighbors. Very easy travel to get to the beach.

Several items in the cottage were broken or not working properly. 1. The corner bead of the bed in the first room fall off. 2. One of the knobs on the stove was broken and it was hard to get the burner to the off position. 3. The toilet seat needs to be repaired so that it doesn't move when using it.
