The apartment was very clear, especially the kitchen supplies. The fridge was big, when compared to other standart hotel room fridges. Check in and out was easy. The receptionist was extremely helpful, we just asked her recommendation about the christmas markets and she tried to show the location of every market. It was very sweet.

It was just a little far from the popular places such as Postdamer platz, Brandenburg Tor. (Approximately 25min by bus)

Perfect location for Kreuzberg, which is the area we primarily visit Berlin for. Walked to everything. Very comfortable bed, and homey experience in the studio apartment. Well-equipped kitchen for a vacation.

The apartment got weirdly hot? Even with the radiators off. I think it had something to do with the placement of the apartment in the building. On the same note: the outside staircase/fire escape was very close to our window so when people walked on it, they could look directly in our bed if we hadn't closed the curtains.

Really lovely helpful staff, and the apartment we had was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, and even a washing machine. There is a bus stop at the end of the rd which gets you into the city, and a station about 15 mins walk. You can also walk easily to lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Lots of grocery shops too. And a great bar with a beer garden just round the corner too!

I read the reviews on here about the area being a bit sketchy and that made me a little unsure at first. But it's actually a really interesting and safe area. A mix of people, including a few people who are down on their luck and hipster cool cats! And some rough sleepers ect but to be honest no more than most other big cities.

Close to bus and walkable to Aldi, Lidl. Near Gorlitzer Park. Apartmenthouse has lift kitchenette with stove top and microwave

A couple of housekeeping issues that were rectified. Limited TV channels. Didn't like Booking.com cancelling our 2nd booking there when sufficient funds showing and no number to ring and reply turn around 24hr. for query. With an ailing husband would have been left us in the lurch on 24/12 had it not been for trusting staff at accommodation who kept our booking which we paid same card Not a Problem

We chose this facility because our son lived nearby and he was the reason for our trip. The room was nice and felt safe. The kitchenette was well stocked, I was able to make meals there easily. The staff was very friendly and helpful in giving directions to get places. The M29 bus stop was close and got us to many tourist attractions.

The wifi was very unreliable, would stop often. The neighborhood was sketchy and near a park known for drug use. There was no enclosure for the shower, which we are not used to, so the water would go all over the bathroom.

The space was small but generally well equipped and there were shops and buses nearby. Staff were helpful and responsive. Interesting cafes and restaurants in the vicinity.

The apartment could have been a bit cleaner particularly around and under the bed and I had to ask for a fan because of the extreme heat. The location was a bit dodgy with lots of drugs being sold in the vicinity and there was no station nearby.

The apartment was very comfy, with very well equipped kitchen. There was even an iron and ironing board, which was extremely useful, considering I was travelling for work. Also hair dryer. The apartment feels cozy but not too small. Space is well used. It was easy to get the right room temperature with functioning windows and radiator. Quite at night with closed windows. The whole location didn't feel particularly safe, thats why I decided to park the car in the garage (10 eur/night), but the apartment itself felt very, very safe with the card opening main entrance and also to the hall where the room was located + safety cameras. Overall, I felt very good here.

The shower needs renovation, the shower head doesn't stay in place and the doors leak. Also, the location was not great, in regards to safety - the place is right at the Gorlitzer park which is full of junkies and drug dealers:(( Walking back to the apartment alone at night definitely didn't feel very safe. Another thing about location, it is rather further from the city centre, but the public transport options are good. And if you take the bus, you avoid Gorlitzer park.

We stayed in the apartment over a weekend and it had all we needed for the time. Check-in was easy and our room was even ready when we got there 2 hours early. The apartment has enough pots and pans/plates and cutlery. The room got a bit warm but they had provided a fan. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants close by. There are lots of buses around and the train station is a 15 in walk and the train that will take you straight to the city.

Initially the area felt abit "dodgy" but once we got used to it it was fine.

Good location for me, as I needed to be based in that area. Everything I needed was provided in the room and kitchenette. Really nice (hot, powerful) shower. Staff were friendly and kind.

The only issue I had was the noise from the room next to mine (for 2 out 5 nights I stayed there). The sound proofing for outside is very good. It isn’t very good inside though. The people in the next room were noisy.

The apartment was excellent. Spotlessly clean. Small but with everything we needed. The lift to all floors was a bonus. The staff were super helpful, allowing us to check in early when we'd only expected to drop the bags off. They printed off directions when we needed them. Cannot complain about anything inside the apartment. It was near a bus stop, (very frequent and efficient buses), a mini supermarket and a lovely ice cream shop.

The location looked ideal with a large park just at the end of the street, but on closer inspection we encountered large groups of youths with blatant drug dealing going on. We didn't feel unsafe but it wasn't pleasant. It was quite a way to the city centre and the train station but the bus service was excellent
