We stayed in a family room, which is essentially two connected rooms. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was very kind, and the location was simply perfect—close to both the Old City and the Jewish Quarter. The hotel is located on a quiet street, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The beds were extremely comfortable! I don’t think I’ve ever slept in such a comfortable bed in a hotel. The breakfast was delightful. It’s worth noting that there’s an elevator (not a given in boutique hotels). I will definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back and stay again.

The only downside is that you can hear the slamming of doors from neighboring rooms. But honestly, it’s really quite minor.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful, reception staff were helpful and knowledgeable for transport and local amenities. The room and reception spaces were spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable and the en-suite was a modern, spotless wet room. A 10 minute walk into the old town. Quiet location. Excellent location for sightseeing without the bustle of the town centre.

The hotel was excellent, some of the streets on the approach had graffiti, but it always felt safe.

The staff is very kind, professional, and friendly. Our requests were fulfilled promptly and with great attention. The facilities are new and clean. We loved the rain shower! The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the nearest train station and the main square.

We had a very pleasent stay, but we did have a small problem with the air conditioning in our room. It was not working, and since we arrived quite late in the evening, it was impossible to fix it right away. We reported it to the reception, and they were very apologetic. We received a temporary fan, which helped a bit. It was a small inconvenience, but these things happen sometimes, and the staff did everything they could to help us.

The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. The whole property is clean and just gorgeous. Toiletries we need were provided. There is also daily replenishment of coffee and tea which is very important for me since I drink a lot of coffee while my mother in law is drinking tea. The breakfast has good amount of food and choices, they have different dessert everyday. Locations is near old town, near restaurants and public transport. The staff are friendly and hospitable.

I like everything and will book this property again when I come back to Krakow

Perfect hotel for your stay in Cracow, including great buffet breakfasts. Conveniently located close to the very heart of the city center and yet a bit hidden from the all the noise. Sweet surprise waited for us when the staff learnt I was celebrating my birthday while staying in the hotel. Thank you!

Bit too narrow bed and hard mattresses. Too narrow bed was a bigger issue. If next time is possible to get king size bed we're all in even for some extra fee. Also for some reason the staff exchanged all our towels after one day already (all hanging on the wall) probably some misunderstanding.

Location superb, near the centre but also a quiet street. Beautifully designed building and welcoming lobby. All staff friendly, polite and helpful. On arrival the room was thoughtfully air conditioned at the best cool temperature on a hot day, everything spotless and super clean, with very nice smells. Bed, though a regular sized double bed, was very comfortable with good pillows so a good night’s sleep was had. Breakfast in restaurant is tasty, healthy and varied options available. Looks more like a families and couples hotel. Very good value for money.

No slippers or bath robes provided. No coffee machine in the room. Tv is quite old and dated, cannot remotely connect mobile device or screen share. No soundproofing in the room so whenever other guests leave their rooms the door slams can be heard. Classic room does not have “inner courtyard view” it faces the opposite rooms of the hotel so there is no nice view and no privacy. Only their premier rooms (that don’t have bath tubs) face the street. No remote control for air conditioner, settings on unit are easy enough but prefer to have a remote to control from the bed. Woken up by the loud shrill sounds of a circular saw at 8am - probably no fault of hotel as it might have been construction happening next door and just an unfortunate moment.

It’s located really close to the main part of the old town, accessible by a literal 5 minute walk. The tours and excursions all pick up from there. The reception lady was really lovely, couldn’t have been more helpful even when we asked about more English breakfast tea and we scared her with our excitement! We had a family room as there were 3 of us and it had 3 beds, and the room was perfection, hit by the smell of clean when you walked in, and we even had our own balcony area my vaping friend could use. Honestly it was exactly what we wanted and we were so impressed. They came by and made the beds and cleared the bins and refreshed the complimentary water daily too.

What a beautiful hotel in an excellent location! It's a few minutes walk to Wawel Castle in one direction, Kazimierz (Jewish Quarter) in another and Rynek Glówny (Main Square) is maybe a 10 minute stroll but everywhere in Krakow is basically flat so it's very easy to walk. The staff were lovely the rooms are really well appointed and spotless. We had adjoining rooms which was great for our family and there is a lift! There are dressing gowns and slippers for the sauna. The breakfast was fabulous. Can't wait to go back.

Honestly nothing the hotel was great. If I had to list a negative the street that the hotel is on didn't have much street lighting but Krakow feels like a very safe city so it didn't bother us.

The location is perfect. Everything is within a short walking distance: the Old Town, Wawel, the River. The street is quiet and peaceful. The room is spacious enough and comfortable. Excellent and truly delicious breakfast.

There is no water in the room. Also, there is a very strange mattress protector that feels and sounds like plastic, which is very unpleasant. Of course, you can remove it, but still… I’ve never seen anything like this in any other hotel.

Enjoyed my stay in this hotel. 10 mins walk to the old town, near to public transport options and restaurants. hotel is maintained well. Has elevator which is convenient if you have language. Had good breakfast options. On the some days when there were not too many guests and there was no buffet option (made sense to avoid wasting food) the staff still ensured for guests who still stayed were given hot breakfast options.

The housekeeping service did not chance the bedsheets at all throughout my 4 day stay.
