A very perfectly central and comfortable room with proper facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful with clear instructions and knowledge about the city. The check-in and -out time is also convenient and great! Thank you for having us!!

The facilities in the bathroom could use some maintenance and a good deep clean. Also, we had trouble turning off the airco. The remote control was not responsive to the airco we put on earlier with the same remote. This was solved after removing the battery a few times. (We hope we did not control a device in another room. If so; sorry neighbours!!) Small remarks that did not influence the overall rating! There is always room for improvement! :)

Very modern room and the hotel itself, all the staff is helpful, location is great, we had a night check-in, it came smoothly because of the very particular instructions from the accommodation. Thank you for the nice vacation!

The room was with a courtyard view, which we didn’t expected (we booked the room the night before arrival, I’m sure there were no other options). The smell in the room was unpleasant, but it didnt spoil our stay much.

This was my second stay here (I also stayed at one other location) and I loved it just as much as the first. I was traveling with my newborn and was so surprised to find a crib waiting for us when we arrived without even asking. It was such a thoughtful touch and showed how much Serbians truly love children. The staff is friendly professional and very responsive. They go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. The location is excellent close to everything yet peaceful. It’s always a pleasure to stay here and I will definitely be coming back.

My mother and I were so impressed with everything! The staff were amazing, friendly and professional. The location is first class and close to everything in Stari Grad. The junior suite we had was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cherry on top was the indoor/outdoor balcony we walked by to get to our suite which really boasted authentic Beograd living. Highly recommend!

Staff was very helpful and they welcomed very well. Dragana was great for her recommendations and kind interest. Location was central and walking distance to all sightseeing and shopping centres. Room was amazing and clean. Thank you very much to all team. We will come again and I will also arrange stay for my parents

Since we checked in late, only elevator was scary since it was old. But everything was very well planned for our check-in

very modern, location is great! we literally walked everywhere. comfy and bright, 2 balconies with a view of the main street. good quality toiletries, lady at reception was quite helpful. bakery and pharmacy right next door, lots of restaurants and coffee shops for breakfast. hairdryer and nespresso machine provided

the building is bit oldish so the lift was bit dated and small, but not a massive issue. also, the reception area had a really nice smell, but then when we entered our room - we felt strange smell. no iron. nothing major again, but hence we didn’t give 10 points

The location was great and there is a taxi station in front of the hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The staff was very helpfull & kind . I would visit this hotel again.

The only thing that needs to be fixed is the elevator as it is old and very small.

Another beautiful stay in the heart of the city. We always look for a place that is walking distance to main square, restaurants and cafes, so we couldn’t be happier. Rooms were very modern and we had two balconies overlooking the main street. Housekeeping was great and cleanliness was spot on.

The entrance to the hotel (building) looks shabby. In the room, there was a tea and coffee machine. Usually, this is free of charge. It was unpleasant to discover at the end that this was a paid option. A menu with prices was lying nearby, but out of habit, I didn't check whether the coffee and tea were for a fee.

Great location, comfortable and big enough room and bad :) Really nice stuff and hospitality.

View from the window could be better - not so much sunlight in the room. But I slept very tight :)
