A very modern apartment, interior design and decor reflecting a bit of avante-guard mentality. Very well appointed kitchen and living area with a spacious bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Walk in shower was spacious and plenty of instant hot water and fluffy towels. Well appointed laundry, essential for longer stays. Excellent off street parking under cover but make sure you book in advance. Walking distance to Launceston CBD shops, restaurants and pubs.
We needed to get used to the lack of reception and receptionist with everything done via the phone. However once at the property things became obvious and fell into place.

A great option for staying in Launceston. The room was very similar to many places I've stayed in Scandinavia but it was a lot larger. It was very well equipped and I enjoyed the interesting books supplied. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, including learning about the way that your money is used to improve the lives of those less fortunate just makes you wants me to stay again and again.
Normally the lighting in the bathroom would be the least of my concerns, but as I was in Launceston for an event the poor bathroom lighting, combined with no natural light and black walls meant I was getting ready in heavy dark shadows. Be ready that the black hallway makes you feel that you're entering a jail!

We enjoyed our overnight stay in the one bedroom apartment at Change Overnight in Launceston. The location was so convenient and within walking distance into the CBD. The layout of the living + dining + kitchen was great, the bed was large and super comfortable, bathroom big and spacious. Finding out we had a washing machine/dryer was an added bonus. The staff at Change Overnight were fast with communication and fantastic with helping us store our luggage for a little while after check-out as our flight wasn't until the afternoon, plus all the cleaning staff we met during our stay were all so lovely and friendly. Thank you for our great stay in Launceston, and we would definitely stay again if we were to come back to Launceston.
Nothing to dislike

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. Once we figured out how to get in to the hotel, it was great! The apartment was really cool, it had views out over Launceston and a private outdoor area just for us. It was too cold for us to sit out there but it would be great in warmer weather. It was really well equipped and had so much space. The bathrooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. We also loved that part of our fees were supporting the charity of our choice.
The car park was so squishy. We did not feel comfortable parking our car in the allocated place so we parked on the street instead.

The space of our apartment was just enormous. It was beautiful. Having two kids it was really nice. Nice modern kitchen with everything we need (especially with a 8mos old), microwave, kettle, pans, etc. The location is very convenient. Walking distance to woolies. Short drive to Cataract Gorge. I like that we don't need keys because everything is just key code. Front door, parking, & room, you just key in the code given to you. No more "where are the keys", "where are the key cards" & most especially no more "i lost the keys" lines Rooms have got little quotes that somehow inspire you to help those in need and make some personal changes to yourself as well.

The space was great and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony was nice, although we didn't have enough time to enjoy it. The rooms were spacious with good views. We liked that it is a social enterprise hotel. And because of that, we did a mini bar purchase - something that we don't usually do, to support one of their causes.
The staircase just after the entrance was quite dark at night, because one of the bulbs was out and the sensor took a while to trigger the lights on. There also didn't seem to be a way to get to the street level as there was still a small flight of stairs from the lift, so it could be inconvenient for people who have a lot of luggage.

Reception-free hotel, check in electronically via keypads. Info sent regarding the booking was detailed and accurate. It was great to walk out of the apartment and not have to think about whether or not we had a room key. Paid secure parking arranged just after booking was reasonable value at $30 for two nights. Two bedroom courtyard apartment had a good amount of space and was better than the photos look. The downstairs living area has an airy, open feel especially when the double sliding glass doors are opened. Kitchen is reasonably equipped Full laundry in the apartment with washer/dryer combo and tonnes of space Beds were super comfortable The vibe here while slightly creepy is cool. TV has Google built in. Connect to the Wi-Fi and cast anything to the TV.
We only stayed two nights and we should have stayed longer.

Excellent location, an easy walk to everything in the CBD. Spacious rooms, comfy beds. Coffee machine. Two bathrooms, washing machine and clothes horse. Adequate kitchen utensils. Dishwasher. Towels replaced on 2nd day which we weren’t expecting. Balcony.
Balcony overlooked the carpark, so not the greatest view. Black walls, whilst stylish, are starting to show signs of aging with chips. Hallways are all black making them very dark and dingy. Had to pay extra for car parking.

Very quirky apartment. Comfortable bed good shower. I chose the apartment because of the assistance it provides to people in need.
It was a hot week in Launceston but the apartment gets very hot in the afternoon. Aircon eventually cooled it down. Didn't realise the apartment was on 2 floors. The entry to the hotel and the parking were not signed very clearly. The external pinpads for the entry's to the building are very scratched and are hard to read in light.

Good location, very spacious, set out over two floors. Very well kitted out. The electronic system for access worked perfectly. Decor is funky, lots of black and lots of murals, a strange soundscape in the corridors that confused us at first. We liked the charitable giving option and the support for local food and drink providers in the well stocked mini bar. You are just yards away from the main streets of Launceston with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. A great use of what otherwise might have been a derelict warehouse.
The murals weren’t to our taste but that’s just a personal opinion. Getting in and out of the car park was a bit of a challenge but worth it for safe and secure parking. Everything was great really.
