Central location, free parking. Breakfast was nice and lots of options. Room was very quiet and beds and pillows comfy. Everything seemed quite clean. Staff were very accommodating when we had to send someone else to check in for us as we were in a wedding. Easy to find our way round late qt night when we arrived.

Bathroom didn't have an extraction fan which wasn't great.... We went down for breakfast at 9am on Sunday (weekends served until 10am) there wasn't alot of food left and they didn't replenish so we missed a couple of the options that had been on offer (pancakes, pastry and hash browns) was higher end of budget but appreciated two queen beds and location.

Need to modernise exterior of hotel. If i hadnt prebooked it i would have driven past and looked for something else as it doesnt provide an inviting impression. Not a criticism - just some feedback as i would you suggest you may be missing out on some business. Inside was lovely. Would reccomend

Great location, friendly staff, fresh clean bedding and bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean with shampoo etc.... and there was plenty of coffee, tea and sugar. Off street car parking was great with easy access in and out of motel.

We couldn't get the heatpump working and we had to use the rubbish bin to hold the door open to make a hot drink

Karma (person on the front desk) gave us the most amazing service. He went above and beyond. His personality and passion for his job was absolutely wonderful. If only all customer service people were this incredible. He's an asset to your team. I'd employ him anyday.

we stayed there for 3days and 2nights. secure car parks accessible by key cards. clean and tidy rooms. staff were accomodating. the restaurant serves very good steak and the bar tender makes very good drinks.

the door cards sometimes don’t work as well. took us a few attempts. If you get in to the secured car park late, there will be no more space available. it is first come, first served basis. In saying that, there are plenty of off-street car parks.

Location is great, the room is sufficient for a short stay as it's a bit cozy. Breakfast was great, check in and out super easy, parking on site also good, and on street parking overnight when the carpark was full. Rooms are quiet and can't hear neighbours once the hallway was empty. Reception staff amazing and helpful.

Wasn't clean on arrival but was remedied very quickly and with no hassle. Room was dated and could do with a refresh.

Karma at the front desk was excellent. He went over and beyond to help us when one of our friends left behind a bag. He was also extremely helpful at check out.

Location was great and the breakfast selection was wonderful

There were no toilet brushes in the bathrooms. It was difficult to pay for the room using the school credit card. This was eventually sorted out but it wasn’t an easy process.

The room size is comfortable and good sized bed. The location is excellent if you're attending an event at the Central Energy Trust Arena. A boutique cinema is close by and some great cafes too.

Not enough lighting, only a main light by the door and then bed side lamps. Would be nice to have had a main room light.

They changed the room location to be on the same floor as another family member staying. And supplied a cot not already booked. Very accommodating.
