Very large bedroom and bathroom, good bed. They’ve provided 2 bottles of water everyday (w/ and without gas). Excellent Indian-Nepalese restaurant adjacent, the se place where breakfast is served. Very good breakfast. Employees are very kind. Good location, although a bit tricky to find at first.

Shower like for kids, not hanging from top. The fridge was practically not working. The TV didn’t work - nothing available. They’ve gave us a room on the street level, which we normally don’t like, but it was good because they don’t have an elevator.

Good location on walking distance to city center. Bus stop to the airport is very close. Quiet room, very comfortable bed and air-condition. Nice food in the restaurant and very good breakfast.

Our room was on the upper floor and has only dormer windows. The shower was uncomfortable to use due to the low ceiling height in this part of the bathroom.

Hotel was great, it was clean, cozy and quite good equiped. Room was nicely cleaned every day. Staff was very kind and really helpful. It had private parking for a small charge, which we really appreciated. Breakfast in the hotel were delicious and during the day there is a restaurant (really tasty food too). And most importantly, it was really close to the city center (8 minutes walk to Rynek Główny, 5 minutes walk to tram and bus stops). And even price was great with the quality we got. All in all, it was an amazing experience and we will definitely go there again next time we are in Krakow!

I am here again after One year .,,and coming back with pleasure. I like very much this hotel . Very nice rooms -/Last year I was in three times different room -all of them very good/ , I was here in march . again and have roo with the balkony ,,,,Really nice , The staff is so friendly always with smile ,,,helpful ,,, Cleaning lady too !!.Katarzyna -women who servers breakfast is so nice person .Wifi is speedy ! Very nice hotel. The room was spacious and cozy. It had a window to the garden and an air conditioner. In general the atmosphere is very calm and quiet. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The room has everything one needs for a good hotel stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great: close enough to interesting things but far away from tourist crowds. I would definitely stay here again :)

The only flaw is that there is no elevator. But if you are only staying for a night, the luggage can stay downstairs in a locked luggage room.

Nobilton Hotel is close to the university and old city center. The staff is very helpful and very responsive. They started assissting me before arrival even (through e-mail). The hotel itself is very cozy. The premises is clean and facilities are combortable. The breakfast did not have wide variety, but it was good for money. I also reccomend Nepalise restaurant in the hotel.

The room I stayed was smallar than I saw in the pictures. But it was adequate

Perfect location, nice room with all the facilities. Also good breakfast and in general I was very satisfied. To trip was for work so a good internet was necessary and the hotel had that. In the future, when I visit Krakow again, I will stay in this hotel again.

Only thing - parking. You need to write to the hotel before your stay and ask, if there is a free slot. I parked in front of the hotel, because it was full. But that’s wasn’t a big deal.

Staff were super friendly, check in was easy. Great spacious room, well made up and very clean. Didn’t have the breakfast but the smells from the restaurant were amazing

Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable so didn’t get much sleep as it dipped down on one side. Fridge was actually a freezer so everything froze and the bath is tiny, and no attachment to have a stand up shower. Also tv was difficult to work and no option to have subtitles.

Lovely 'old-fashioned' hotel, with a very friendly and helpful staff. The room was relatively spacious and very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was basic but with a nice selection. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the old town.

There is no elevator, there is no air conditioning in the room and it can get very hot during the summer, and the smell of curry from the Indian restaurant on the ground floor is very present throughout the hotel, although luckily I didn't smell it inside the room

Room was very nice food good. Infect the staff arranged the room before check in time. Which was very helpful to us.

It was mention at Booking.com site that one will get free car service from Airport by the Hotel people but we were later asked by the hotel authorities to pay around 3000 Rs i.e. 150 Pln extra for car services.
