Close to bus station/ tram to city every 15 Mins location is 25 mins walk to center/ lovely staff i arive in a heatwave they offer me fresh water with ice kept my lugage in luggage room Wenever before check in and even had a late flight they helped me With bagage/ deleicious breakfast/lovely rooms i had one feeling home with the tree veiw from window/ good parking for who comes with car!24 hr reception ac works perfect in heatwave cool down the room Area was so fresh/ about sigaretes there is in parking some Place to smoke like to sit and chill! Value for money definitely going back!!

Needed maybe more adopters in room But u had a multiple pluck helped me with charge more then one item! Housekeeper coming to room as my room jn 3 nights wasnt changed the towels i guess i should of ask but maybe they should improved for finding some new towels in the bath without request i would love it !

Breakfast very good . wide selection to suit everybody's taste . Room - warm , cosy , spotlessly clean , with clean towels every day . We felt very safe staying at this hotel , and communication was not the barrier we at first feared , as the staff had enough english to understand what we were asking . Staff were very pleasant and helpful . Hotels position at the junction of the east - west and north to south trams and 5 min walk from the central bus station = easy travel to all parts of Zagreb city Trams are every 10 to 15 minutes and cost only 53 cent for a half hour journey . Number 6 tram , was our favourite , as it goes from around the corner from the hotel , past the bus station and train station to the city centre in about 15 minutes . I will stay at this hotel again , and would recommend it to anyone !!!

A little noisy with traffic and trams passing by , but that is cancelled by the ease of transport to other parts of the city . But it really was not a major issue to us , as we were out and about for most of the day !

Great staff. Superb location - extremely near to the station. And too bad to say what cannot be manageable or what would be a tragedy. 30 sec. checkin, very functional room, hot water, good AC (just a bit tricky). Superb breakfast. Comfortable bed. It is definitely a place to return! It has generally a good vibe. I definitely could understand now more why our Prime Minister (VO) loves this country and its hosts (including these not yet 5 star places) the best - for his summer retreat. 'It just works.' And what to tell also: Croatia is not only good at the seaside. This hotel and Zagreb is an evidence for this.

-No small fridge. -Maybe who designed the only 2 power sockets to that wall have not seen any cables in their life. Or just the room(s) might be reorganized. Do we really need to have 2-3 meters long cables for everything? For example my tablet has a 50cm power cord only (sustainability you know). Should I sit on the hard floor? I could at least move the bed closer but not the table for laptops mainly (for nowadays).

The night before our trip, the accommodation we had booked was cancelled. I was panicking and this was one of just a few available places. When I first arrived to the hotel, I was not sure it was close to match any expectations. I was wrong and I am very glad for that. It was a cold February day, and the hotel was as warm as you would have it at own home - this was great! Linen was clean, room was clean, bathroom was spotless clean. Breakfast was really nice / modest, but a bit of everything for any taste.

Not very clear that you need to emphasise you need a double bed, but not really much of a problem - you can put the beds together yourself. If coming by car, you need to pay attention as to how to get to it from the main road, not very clear - call for directions and help if unsure (once you get it, it becomes very easy).

The hotel is well located just 5 minutes walk from the bus station (which is huge and has many food options) The hotel is out from the main city but the tram is directly across the road. The receptionist ,Vedrana was exceptionally kind to us. I was not well , when I arrived many hours before check in time and she organised early access to our room and gave us coffee and strudel in the breakfast dining area. The beds were comfortable and there was a small balcony. Breakfast had many choices including eggs, cereals, pastries , fruit and cold meats.

The bathroom is really small and there is an unpleasant smell coming from the drains. NB: (not a negative about the hotel but worth mentioning ) We arrived from the railway station and caught a taxi to the hotel. The official taxi company is 1717. We were charged 8 times the usual € by not knowing this. This is apparently a common occurrence.

The hotel was very nice. The personnal helped me by text to come to the hotel and accepted a very late check in. The breakfast was delicious and very diversified. The hotel is near the center with the tram or even walking if you are feeling to it.

The walls are very thin and we could heard people talking in the corridos in the early morning. The bathroom door needed to be closed at all time because a strange odors came from the pipe i guess from the shower, nothing very horrible but not nice.

We arrived late as our flight was delayed (didn't get in until around 1:30am) and we had a great experience with staff on the desk checking us in. We only stayed one night and the beds were extremely comfy and rooms clean. Breakfast was lovely, and I thought it was great it started at 6am because we had a coach to catch at 8am, which meant we could fuel up for the day. One last thing - location was perfect. We needed somewhere to stay between Zagreb airport and Zagreb bus station, and it was a 15 minute taxi drive from the airport, and around a 5-10 minute walk to the coach station. Definitley recommend.

I’ve been a guest in this hotel for over 10 years. It’s cozy, staff are extremely friendly, kind and welcoming . Location is perfect, as it’s a walking distance to the bus station. Whether one needs to take a bus to the airport or to take a bus to travel locally and internationally. Breakfast is amazing, variety of food to choose, meat,vegetables,fruit,juice coffee, tea, just name it and it’s there,

Just keep up the same.

Clean comfortable, you know what you're paying for and there's a tram right outside. Great Comms with the staff before we came, photos reflect the property accurately and a good base for seeing the city

Nothing - you get what you pay for, it's a reasonable place, priced accurately, always clean the beds were really comfortable and the showers were powerful, couldn't ask for much more!

Not far from the Zagreb bus station. Easy to get to. The staff were welcoming, and even gave us early access to our room. The air conditioning was a good respite from over 30°C heat. They called a taxi for us which took less than assumed time. Very nice breakfast. Walking distance to lower downtown. Sadly, everything was closed on Sundays. There is a compact elevator for guests.

The washroom is a tad compact, but manageable for a short stay. Overall, we wouldn't complain!.
