The breakfast was perfect. The room was so comfortable and the bed is awesome. I slept very well. I have special thanks to Mr. Pawel who is at the reception desk. He is very kind, helpful and friendly. I do appreciate. The hotel is pretty close to the city center. About 10 minutes walk to the best in town and very convenient.

Since I stayed shortly, I did not care but I would have appreciated if you have added more TV channels. That would make the stay better in case if you lay down on bed and want to watch TV sometimes...

The staff really made the stay enjoyable. I was there for the north sea jazz festival on my own and I appreciated the ability to use the hotel bikes and return them later than the curfew. It really made getting to and from the hotel easy for me, as well as getting around the city. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the hotel also has a restaurant (although I did not eat there). The decor of the hotel is really cool/modern and my room was bright with a window looking out to the lovely garden space. The room also had lots of different lighting options which I appreciated - it really makes a difference. There was water provided as well as teas and coffees which was definitely a nice touch

My room was not always cleaned very well, on arrival the toilet was not clean and trash was left behind on the days my room was cleaned. sometimes the room was not made up until very late afternoon. I would go out in the morning and come back midday to an unmade room. But the staff were very responsive when I followed up for room cleaning.

The hotel has a fantastic location — very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really made us feel welcome. The hotel itself has a great sense of design and atmosphere, with a stylish and modern interior. Our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable — perfect for a restful night. We truly enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to others.

We were charged €60 per day for breakfast (4 x €15), even though we were 3 adults and a 2-year-old child. It was disappointing that our toddler was charged the full adult rate, which is uncommon in most European hotels. This policy felt unreasonable and could be improved.

Great location, in a very picturesque neighbourhood, fashionable design of interior in the rooms and entire hotel (however with some issues - see below). Very pleasant room with a terrace, that gives indeed a luxurious vibe to your stay. Welcoming handwritten postcard in the room adds a pleasant personal touch. We had a vinyl player and bunch of vinyls in the room. A snack/drink vending 24h at reception.

Very dangerous low-hanging corner of the upper floor over the bed space, it's easy to hit your head when moving to / from the bed. A lot of stairs for a one room to move around. A window in the bathroom right next to the toilet - it's very visible that you're sitting on the toilet. No smoking on terrace - for smokers who expect private smoking place without need to go out of the hotel is a disappointment.

We like the rooms, really clean, comfy and practical. There's a record player with selections of records, which add value to the stay. There's also a big bottle of water in the fridge which I think is a big miss by many hotels. Located just over 15 mins from the station so convenient to explore other cities nearby (The Hague, Delft, Gouda) The bar has the better coffee and soda cocktails than anywhere else in the city The staffs are really lovely and welcoming, making the hotel feels neighbourly.

The hotel is in a great location, close walk (around 10mins) to the centre but also far enough to get a great night's sleep. Rooms are lovely really unique, good shower and the beds were comfy. Also close to bus stop for the zoo less than 5 min walk. Staff were really friendly and accommodating from check in to out! They held onto our bags when we checked out to sight see. Breakfast was nice and everything was fresh! The 50 euro deposit was returned 5 working days later no problem, I wouldn't let the deposit put you off booking either! I'd definitely stay there again with my family or a couples retreat!

Smart, well designed hotel. Very pleasant staff. Hot water and wifi fine. Coffee machine in room. Handy for Dijkzigt metro and bars/restaurants on Binnenweg. Didn't try the breakfast but the eating area was attractive plus had a few outside tables.

In a perfect world, room would have had a comfy chair. For some reason (didn't happen at my other 5 Netherlands hotels) they pre-authorise 50 euros for room damage. This was not cleared on the day of my check-out so I contacted them 3 days later and it cleared then. Pretty minor points.

Loved the quiet but still central location and loved the free use of bicycles. Fantastic & quirky room with a super comfortable bed.

Restaurant sadly wasn't open while we were there but it was a Sunday and then a national holiday so that was kind of understandable. Had a vinyl player in our room which was a great surprise but the sound was really awful which then was a let down.

Very spacious modern room, felt bright and airy. Beautifully decorated and very clean. The bathroom was of very high quality and the shower had good water pressure. The bar downstairs had great selection of drinks and the staff were very friendly. Check in was very efficient and quick.

The bed was a little firm for my liking but my partner loved it.

We liked that this hotel was not in the middle of everything but you could hop on transit or even walk into key areas. They have laundry on site that you can use for a fee which was a great surprise. The room was very spacious and we were able to reserve parking in advance.

Their parking lot does not include electric chargers however there is a charging station just outside of the hotel that we used before parking for the remainder of our trip in the garage.
