A bargain price, most helpful staff and very handy location. I'd seen reviews complaining of noise at the Hotel Unique. I was one floor above the pub, there on a Saturday night and I really wasn't disturbed by this at all. The fact that my room had quadruple glazing (two sets of dg windows with a substantial space between) meant any sound from outdoors was well filtered. Crisp, clean towels and bedding, good shower, decent wi-fi and all within a few minutes walk of tube/buses and plentiful local facilities at Golders Green.

At this price, I have no complaints!

Comfy bed and nice bathroom with good modern facilities, tea and coffee and hairdryer was a nice touch! Very good value for money for the location and having your own room with an en-suite feels like a luxury for London at that price, would stay again.

Hotel is above a busy bar and I stayed over the weekend so was probably a bit louder than weekdays, also close to the Train line which is great for travel but you can hear the train however you should be fine with ear plugs! Hotel room could do with some internal curtains to block out some of the outside light illuminating the building.

The room was very clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful and really good to have air conditioning! Before I traveled to Ireland after a one-night stay in London, I wanted to store my luggage, but was told it could only be kept during staff hours, so I asked a friend—but later, either the owner or a staff member kindly called to say they could hold it for a fee; they also accommodated both late check-in and early check-out. The location was excellent, with easy access to the Tube and bus terminal, including buses to Stansted Airport, and several supermarkets and off-licences nearby that all stay open late

The fridge didn’t cool properly, and the milk went bad. The Wi-Fi had issues—probably because I use a VPN—and every time I wanted to connect, I had to reset the settings and restart my phone or iPad; a more secure connection like the staff Wi-Fi would have been better. The first floor was a bit noisy on the weekend, but the second floor was fine, so it didn’t bother me personally.

My second stay in less than a month, and on par with my first experience. Brilliant location, less than 200 metres from Golders Green tube station and the prior communication received as regards gaining entry to the premises was a good start. Unlike my first visit, I booked a single room and found it very clean ( bathroom included) and again having a small fridge, TV, kettle with complimentary coffee/ tea . All round it was a very comfortable room indeed. Additionally , there is an associated restaurant serving food within the premises and other restaurants within short walking distances too.

Having learnt from my first visit, I took an eye mask with me, so I would not have a disturbed sleep given the window blind does not adequately cut out external street light, not sunlight in the morning. Given the excellent value for money, I won't quibble about any traffic or train noises. I found these to be acceptable.

It was a great price for London, considering that I booked it only one day in advance. So was very happy with the price, and frankly for that money it is probably the best you can get. It was clean, location was fairly convenient, just 2 min walk from the Golder's Green station, personal shower, comfortable bed, what else do you need for a short stay?

It was quite close to the overground metro line so you could hear the trains. I personally grew up by the busy railway so I'm used to it and didn't care, but some might find it disturbing.

The room was lovely & clean, and very cozy, comfortable bed, A/c in the bedroom at night. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

I couldn't operate the TV - (no signal) & no instructions how to get it to work - the mini fridge didn't get v cold. I didn't mind b/c there's lots of places to eat out close by and I really needed a place to sleep - early as I had to be up early the next morning. I would have preferred UHT milk sachets instead of the dried milk provided.

Hotel Unique is located just 1 minute from Golders Green underground station (Zone 3). Easy access, pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The room and bathroom were clean. The room included a TV, a hairdryer, and a mini fridge. Express check-in and very friendly staff. There's a pub on the ground floor.

The room was on the second floor, and an overground metro line ran about 20 meters from the window, so it was quite noisy. The lack of a wardrobe and only one chair made storing clothes a bit inconvenient.

The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are always warm (which is great after you've been outside in the cold). The room has a lot of tee and coffee and an electric kettle, as well as a fridge, which comes in handy. The staff was very nice. Although it is zone 3 of the tube, since the hotel is so near the station and London is very well connected through the tube system it is easy to get anywhere from the hotel. Also, the neighbourhood is great, with a lot of commerce.

The tube/train passes very near to the hotel, as well as cars, and the windows aren't very isolated, so you can hear them passing all night.

The room and onsuite bathroom were very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room had a mini fridge, kettle, good selection of teas and coffee. Set of drawers, hanging space and aircon. The bathroom has liquid hand soap and shower gel. The towels are a good quality. The shower was very clean and had a good volume of water. Location near the bus station at Golders Green.

With the window open it's quite noisy from the traffic. The hanging space is above the tea/coffee making area. So not suitable for dresses. Nowhere to hang coats, a hook would have been nice.

Great perks, not busy, includes a mini fridge which a bonus, lovely cafe/ shisha lounge downstairs. Slight technical difficulties i.e. tv runs slow, card keys plays up a bit. Other than that as long as you are organised and let the staff help as much as possible, the staff are superb they were very informative, go above & beyond to accommodate you.

I believe one of the rooms is exposed to the busy high street, can invade privacy and more particularly noisy due to the train station etc. Ensure to request a room not located to face the high street.
