Friendliest front desk staff ever. Elisabeth, aka “sunshine” expressed happiness to see me upon check in. She efficiently checked us in while training someone else. After working that evening she had a morning shift the next day. She cheerily greeting me as I came down for coffee. I went to a nearby meeting and came back to check out. She wasn’t at the desk, but came running out to wave good bye, wish me safe travels and blow a kiss. If this isn’t hospitality, I don’t know what is. We were delighted with our short stay there.

We needed a hotel for the night because of a cruise we were booked on. I've stayed at an AC hotel in MA for my sons swim meets so I thought I'd try this one. It did not disappoint. The accommodations were top notch and the price was much less than the I would expect for the quality of this hotel. The room was spacious and everything in the hotel appeared to be clean and in excellent working order. They even picked us up from the airport in a classy large SUV instead of the beat up old busses every other hotel sent.

I wish I actually had more time at the hotel to use the accommodations like the pool and exercise area. Time wasn't on my side this trip.

Appropriate quality for the venue. Was not expecting Michelin star at an airport hotel. Room was quiet even though I was placed near the elevator.

Shower has no door enclosure so water was spraying on the floor when I showered. Not safe and was a pain to wipe up every time I showered.

The location was perfect. I really liked the fact they offered shuttle service to and from the airport and it wasn't a "shuttle" bus. Nice touch! People were extremely informative and approachable. Beautiful building that you wouldn't expect near an airport. Very classy!

Need more lighting in the room particularly in the bathroom as it wasn't bright enough to do my makeup.

Rooms were really nice, I didn’t expect the whole hotel to be as nice as it was since it is such a reasonable rate per night

The only thing I didn’t like, and this is just personal preference but the shower is one of those rain heads with half a glass door and the water really gets on the floor a lot.

Everything was Excellent. We missed breakfast was unaware.

The staff at this location were very accommodating. They were able to check us in within an hour of us arriving to the hotel. They even held onto our bags until it was time to check in.

I like how close of a walk to Starbucks and some restaurants. Also, the coffee and tea they offer

There was so noisy guests on the 2nd floor but technically that’s not the hotels fault. Also, they took care of the situation promptly

We had to evacuate during Hurricane Ian and chose to stay at the A/C Hotel to ride out the storm. The staff (especially Sylvana and assistant general manager Amy!) was amazing, so friendly and accommodating. They served breakfast, lunch and dinner during the storm. The room was clean and spacious. The management let the staff and their families stay at the hotel and accepted pets. We really appreciated their generosity and they went above and beyond to make us feel safe and comfortable. Thank you again for everything!

Absolutely love the location. Staff is super friendly and the hotel smells amazing. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. My go-to escape from reality. The pool was so nice and warm and the fire place area is awesome.

This was my third stay and the only stay where the shower essentials (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner) weren't restocked. When the sun was shinning in we noticed the comforter was notably dirty...strange because again this was my third stay and the other 2 where excellent and we had 0 complaints. Perhaps it's just the times and possible lack of cleaning staff.
