The staff was amazing! Not only were they good at their jobs, but they were so genuinely friendly - not saccharine, upsell, OTT friendly, genuine friendly! When I saw them out around town they'd stop and talk to us, pet and play with our pug, very genuine! I will definitely stay here again! :)

The only thing I could recommend is dessert options in the library - I had to carry my dessert from other restaurants, but it wasn't a big deal. I would also say that the brownie dessert option from the Neighborhood bar and grill, which we got a la mode, was still frozen. The caramel glaze was delicious, but yes.

Everything! The greeting we received by staff at check in was surprising and exciting and made us feel extremely welcome. The check in attendant was so friendly and answered all of our questions. The cleaning lady we ran into in our hallway had a whole fun conversation with us. The room was immaculate and amazing. The market was amazing. The bars and library were amazing with amazing staff. Bob’s….omg….AMAZING! Bowling alleys in the hotel…WHAT?! And it was within walking distance to many great restaurants, clubs and event centers. We will be back next year!

Nothing! Loved everything!

This beautiful hotel located in downtown Louisville is a lovely representation of Kentucky and all it has to offer. My room was very clean, well decorated and my daughter and I loved the spacious bathroom. The staff was kind, helpful and very responsive. It was within walking distance to many of the downtown activities and had wonderful dining options inside of the hotel. I highly recommend this property.

My only negative is I wish they had softer pillows or two pillow style options. This is not really a complaint just a observation. I felt the pillows did not match the luxurious feel of the rest of the hotel.

It’s was absolutely beautifully Decorated, from the Christmas tree to the scent of the common areas. The Library Lounge was comfortable and welcoming the bar service was fantastic. Truly every lounge and bar are was just great in its own way. You would never have to leave the Hotel if you didn’t want. The Hat Store is great fun. The only thing I may add is maybe live music in the lobby entry hall. The Christmas Carolers were beautiful For the Snowball - We were there for a friend’s weekend not the Ball - wished we had stayed longer. Girls Weekend Omni Style 2025 is in the works. When you think elegance you don’t always think fun, I think you hit the perfect balance.

The only concern I had was that the Pin and Prof did not have enough staff for a Holiday PopUp event, that being said we had a great time, and the staff worked very hard to be accommodating, it was a bit frustrating.

We liked the facilities. The bars and restaurants were really cool. Everything was very classy

The parking garage was hard to find and not clearly marked. There were separate entrances for valet parking and for guests. Charging us $30-40 to park in an expensive hotel is a bit absurd in my opinion. There was no elevator from garage that led right to the lobby (at least we could find). So we had to walk outside the garage and walk completely around the building. We also didn’t like the way to pay for the parking ticket when we wanted to leave the parking garage. There’s 3 different areas on the machine that ask to either scan a pass, insert ticket and no clear instructions on how to pay with a credit card.

The hotel was beautiful. Luxurious beyond our expectations. We interacted with many of the staff. The room attendant was amazing and friendly and funny. The valet staff recognized us after the first day and were amazing making sure our car was ready and cool.

The front desk staff, two different women, were not friendly and welcoming. When we asked questions, Both women made a point of saying "since we booked through a third party " they couldn't help us.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our shower was big and had nice hot water and powerful water pressure. Thermostat kept room very cold. Our room was super close to elevator which was great. Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful with all questions. Room service is nice and the food tray was set up nicely. It took about 35-40 minutes to receive our room service breakfast. All the restaurants in and attached to the Omni are super convenient and have very good food. You can find pretty much anything you’re looking for as far as food or drink and even many miscellaneous snacks. Parking is easily accommodated by valet parking out front or with the parking garage attached the the hotel through the food market out back.

Our room didn’t have a bathtub which I like to have although shower was big, clean and super nice. Valet parking is too expensive in my opinion. I also paid for a larger room with a view. I was very disappointed because we were on 6th floor looking at a parking lot which is not the view I paid for. The only reason we kept the room without complaining is because it was very close to the elevator and it was a corner room otherwise I would have complained so I compromised. The bowling alley is also VERY EXPENSIVE! It costs $150 for one hour of bowling on a lane. They would probably sell more lane time with less expensive prices. Most people can’t afford that amount of money for bowling!!!

I loved the property. I already told friends my entire weekend could have been spent just at Omni’s gorgeous property. There is so much to do and enjoy at from great coffee to a tasting room and so much more.

I only had a complaint about housekeeping. Behind the furniture was a ton of dust accumulating. I wouldn’t have noticed but dropped a cell phone and saw how bad it was which made me look behind all of the furniture. My shower had a huge hair ball left from a previous guest. So, that says housekeeping does not have enough time to take care of the details.

We loved how beautiful the hotel is, how it has everything you could ever need in it and nearby, and how amazing the rooms were. Everything was so great!

We felt the website was a bit misleading with parking. It said there was onsite parking, but they did not mention it's pretty expensive and not really attached to the hotel (you have to walk around to one of the garages nearby or park on the street if you do not valet).

The location is amazing and the amenities are wonderful. Our room was very clean and everything was very comfortable. We enjoyed being able to access streaming services on the TV. Room service when used did a great job. Overall very pleased.

I think for the price and caliber of the hotel it would be great to have a complimentary continental breakfast offering for guests. The AC did not get as cold as we prefer for a hotel. It worked but seemed to shut off without completely cooling.
