there was no tag of do not disturb it was only clean my room we did not put clean my room tag even though room service clean room in our absence this is intervene our privacy even though day before that room service came we told them when we need we call you When we complain supervisor he also did not listen and start arguing

The ambiance of the hotel was amazing my familly absolutely loved it .the lake and green environment is magical. The staff were all so helpful from the day we walked in. I would like to make special mention of Ahmed and Athman who received us checked us in and helped us with our bags and settling in. They were so helpful and they both exuded very positive welcoming energy when we arrived and even when we left . Loriel and Allain were all helpful and very pleasant . All services were efficient and we are definitely coming back with our whole familly December 2023. Thank you for grooming such a great team. The pool area was great and the restaurants in the hotel served lovely food.

I have no complaints at all

Value for money. Bit far from Dubai central business, however, the price they charge and offer the comfort, I would not consider this as negative. Specifically would like to mention room boy, Pawan Kumar, who was very helpful.

Amenities in the room were bit old however they were all working and in case if not working, they were fixed promptly.

the apartment is big with good equipments like dishwasher,stove,microwace oven and washing machine.service was awesome.A BIG THANK YOU FOR THE BIRTHDAY CAKE for my wife...this is my 2nd visit and will not be my last.

Didnt use it

I was unable to order a beer through room service. I understand the Hotel itself is licensed but the apartments are not. This seems strange and whilst not a deal breaker, it was disappointing

Had to rebook last minute and happy I did. Lovely spacious apartment. 10/10 would stay here again. Thanks again to Alain and Deki at the front desk for your patience and kindness.

Very nice hotel in slush environment not too far away from Dubai's hotspots
