No iron and ironing board in rooms never stayed any hotel who does not have these also they limit you to 20 minute to iron and return which is completely ridiculous and they make you feel like it’s not normal to ask for a irons really let down for me staff could be a little more friendly they avoid eye contact and pretend you don’t even exist I understand people have personal issues maybe but they should be left at the door as we are visitors in another country and would be nice for a bit of kindness T the

Very lovely property centrally located. We appreciated the small things that aren’t very common anymore, such as very nice toiletries, including hair conditioner, infused water in the lobby, small things that were just lovely. We visited during a heat wave and the hotel was a welcome respite from the heat & grittiness of the city.

Black out shades would have been appreciated. I would have loved to sleep in. The restaurant was the weakest link. Breakfast offerings were fine, but we had trouble getting coffee our first morning. We tried the restaurant for dinner and the food was fine, not anything special, and the service was wanting. But the views are stunning!

The location was fantastic, within walking distance of local amenities, as well as public transport nearby.

The television did not work upon arrival, and the USB socket at the desk was broken.

Helpful and friendly staff, good location - close to the Duomo (only 10-15 min walk). The room and hotel correspond to the description on booking.

The price is very high - it's just a robbery. Coffee/tea is brought to the room by a separate person (not the housekeeper), and since we were busy and only let the housekeeper - coffee was brought to our room only once a week (this is not convenient). Disposable cups instead of cups - I like the idea (it's more hygienic than cups), but coffee / tea is too hot for hands and some of the cups leak, something needs to be fixed with this.

Friendly reception, no long queues waiting, experienced great service in general from arrival to departure, breakfast was enough and available but can be expanded, rooms clean daily , good location not far from needed facilities. Lift is not jammed so available all through.

The lounge, bar seats could be cleaner, the cloth must be wet vacuumed. The rooms aren't that much soundproofed. Esp during construction or when roads get busy. Breakfast should be more variety especially fruits, bread, sausages. i missed baked beans and pancakes :) Unfortunate no parking but there is a public one 7 min away

The hotel was located in the city centre, we stayed on the 12th floor and the view was lovely!! Breakfast was very nice, loads of cheese and I could get a hot breakfast which was lovely. The bed was huge and comfy. The bathroom was lovely and spacious with sinks for him and her.

Visited the bathroom after we just checked in and someone didn't clean up after themselves when flushed. Meaning the toilet wasn't washed before we checked in, which was a shame as scores would have been a lot higher for cleanliness. The rest was spotless! Another thing was the room size which I thought was quite small for a bed this big! Not complaining about bed size but the room could be a bit bigger/less cluttered .

We had a wonderful stay at Uptown Palace in Milan. The location was perfect — close to the city center and major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were very kind and helpful; they upgraded our room as a complimentary gesture and assisted us with parking and navigating the city’s ZTL zones. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Milan.

The staff were awesome all of them especially Francesca and Caroline. They made my stay pleasant and comfortable. My special thanks to them and if I decide to go back it would be because of them and their professional way of handling requests and comments. In fact all people working at this hotel were nice starting from the door man to the housekeeping team. Location was great close to many places. Duomo is about 15 minutes walk and restaurants and stores were close by. Supermarket was walking distance which was convenient. It was unfortunate that I had to leave one day earlier than the plan but I will go back next time.

Normal size rooms but for me it was a bit small. I would think they have other bigger rooms.

The (second!) room we got, was exactly what we expected to get when booking a superior room. The maress was fantastic as were the pillows. The breakfast was superb, and the selection of products was way above you often get in Italian hotels.

We booked the more expensive superior room because it offers more space according to the details published on booking.com. Standard room: 20 m2, Superior room: 22 m2. But then they squeezed us into a room, that only was 18 m2 (the measure app on the iphone came really handy). It seems to be used as a single room, since there was only one sink in the bathroom, all other rooms have two sinks according to the escape plan in the room. Since we arrived late we didn't have the energy for changing room that night. Next morning we went to the reception and made our complaint - and we finally got the room we had booked. What we don't understand: Why did you put us into a chicken cage at the first place? Hoping we would not notice?

The hotel is in a very convenient location within 5minutes walking distance of subway and about 100 meters from the bus station. It is very close to Duomo, and you can even choose to walk from the hotel - it is not that far. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we found the rooms to be very clean. We were upgraded to a large room, which were more than enough for two people travelling for a couple of days so we were really happy! We travel a lot - and we would definitely stay in this hotel again :)

The room was a bit cold and A/C did not have a higher setting. This was not a huge issue as we were aware that temperature preferences might change from one location to another, however it would have been great if it was possible to have a 1-2 C higher A/C setting for convenience.
