Had a desk for work. Nice bathroom. Good enough kitchen. Place is new so felt modern. Had elevator and I could use their washing machine in the basement. Crew was outstanding. Everybody extra nice and highly responsive.

I'm used to larger rooms. So it felt a bit crunched. The TV was not smart so I couldn't use Netflix or Amz Prime on it. No A/C or fan, so it felt a little hot, specially at night.

This property is ideally located near a bus stop, making it incredibly convenient. I arrived in the middle of the night, and the self-check-in process was a breeze. The apartment was spotless and quiet, which I appreciated. I will definitely be returning to Zurich, and I will choose this apartment again without hesitation.

I truly appreciate every aspect of the residence apartment; however, the need to rent kitchen equipment was a significant drawback for me. It would be much more appealing if the kitchen amenities were included.

I stayed here with a friend for 2 non-consecutive nights. The room we got the second time was smaller than the first one, I'd say it was more suitable for one person. Maybe people who complain about small rooms got the second type, since the first one I would say was OK space-wise. Both rooms had a balcony, though. I can't compare it with other places in Zurich, but for Switzerland I would say the value for money ratio was not bad. There are two supermarkets in the area (where you can get cutlery, for example :)), and the area was relatively quiet when we were there. The staff were helpful and nice. Can't comment on the AC, it wasn't that warm when we were there, fortunately.

It is a bit far from the center; easiest way to downtown is with tram 3, the stop is a short walk from the hotel. Check-in is possible until 7 PM and we got there at the last moment the second time, it would be nice if there was an option to check-in later.

Really enjoyed staying here. Comfortable and quiet room. Friendly and helpful service from the staff. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by on Letzigraben :-) I parked in their underground car park, which was safe and convinient. There are nice cafes and restaurants nearby. I can recommend the Albis Beck Cafe on Fellenbergstr. and the Restaurant Emilia on Albisriedaerstr. Convinient location too. A 10 min. walk to get the # 3 tram to the city centre. Also convinient for walking to the trails aroung Uetliberg.

There's no restaurant, but the apartment has a small kitchen to prepare food. There are also some vending machines downstairs.

Overall the room was excellent - (but not for long term stay as there was no room for anything other than the bed.) The bed was very comfortable and the room was at a very comfortable temperature. The apartment block is located on a bus and trolley bus route into the city, so it is a very good base to explore Zurich

It would have been nice if there had been a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. There was a good fridge and you could hire cooking utensils to use on the hob and oven - but it seemed petty not to provide a kettle as part of the room hire.

The room was clean. It had a fairly huge bathroom. The room also had a floor fan (we needed that because we went to Zurich in summer). The staff was friendly. The hotel has a vending machine with water, drinks and food. They also have an elevator.

Not much to complain about. The public transport requires changing two buses to reach Zurich HB. But that is too picky. We did not really face any issue due to this.

The rooms was fairly priced and we had a parking which was nice. The place looked modern

They wouldn't let us leave the car after checkout for some extra hours. Also the rooms don't look "new". Lots of wall scratches and even our shower had the glass door replaced by curtain. Which is completely fine

The hotel room was clean. arriving late, as promised the key was left in the box outside and the code was shared through a message. Location is well connected with public transport. I appreciated the management engagement and the warm welcome. Great balcony 😊

I loved the interior and the exterior, it was very modern. The rooms were also beautiful and modern. It was near bus stops and tram stops so we had quick access to the rest of the city.

The room was for some reason really hot, it was winter but it was just a bit too much. There could ve at least been a few glasses for water as standard, i understand that you have to rent kitchen equipment but the missing glasses were kind of an inconvenience. The parking could ve been a little cheaper but i understand it s hard to come across cheap parking in Zurich.

Residence Business Appartements is a good choice for Zurich; modern well-equipped rooms (my room had a great shower and private balcony), strong Wi-Fi, easy check in/out, good location close to public transport, and friendly helpful staff. Excellent value. Recommended.
