This apartment was in an excellent location, right in the heart of the old town with plenty of great restaurants and shops right at the door. The little balcony was a great spot to overlook the fountain and look down the streets of the old town. The apartment was clean and spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped. Having a washing machine was a huge advantage. Self check-in was very easy and the apartment has elevator access. There is a car park right across the road which made it easy to have a car, but this had a very expensive daily rate. There is also a taxi rank across the road from the apartment, and a bus stop. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again!

This apartment was very loud and you could hear a lot of noise from the street at night (which is to be expected with the great location). There was also a lot of noise from neighbouring apartments and the stairwell. The car park across the road is very expensive, but there is no other parking options. The check out time is 11am and this was confirmed with us the day before, however, housekeeping came to us twice from 9am to ask if we were leaving.

It is not often a holiday booking exceeds your expectations, but these apartments really are fantastic. The most amazing location overlooking the cathedral, endless places to eat right on your doorstep, very clean and exceptionally well equipped. We had a problem with the air conditioning and were very impressed with the response. They had a technician in the same day and it was sorted immediately so definitely worth mentioning if there is any problem as it was immediately dealt with. Thank you. We would love to come back

These are not negatives really because they were handled so well. Our initial apartment was overbooked. However we were offered an upgrade and a discount for the inconvenience so we were very pleased with how it was handled and ended up with a lovely apartment. I was also worried about the tech (virtual keys and check in etc) / lack of reception etc and if it would work. We are now converted because actually it was incredibly easy.

Great location, close to sites, restaurants and shopping. Nice spacious apartment with elevator access or stairs, comfortable beds, washing machine for laundry, and all necessities for a holiday stay.

We were a party of 4 and ran out of hot water on the first morning if the rain head showers are used. Only 2 people were able to get warm showers. The other 2 had very cold showers. Contacted the manager and they advised the hot water heater is small (100 liters), so it was recommended we take short showers so everyone gets warm water. We made it work but inconvenient with water constraints. Apt manager very prompt to respond on questions.

Fabulous location on a beautiful street. Very near the Basilica. You could walk everywhere. A gorgeous apartment had absolutely everything you could need and then some. Communication with the host was completely hassle free, very, very quick, and responsive to messages. Extremely easy online check-in and getting codes to access the apartment. The use of lockers to keep luggage after checkout was extremely helpful. The only downside is the apartment is not soundproof and there were some very earlier risers when we were there with small children and you could hear everything.

The location was brilliant, with great views from the balconies. Close to many good restaurants, bars, shops, harbour & cathedral. The apartment was spacious & spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy, they were very helpful & responded quickly.

Blackout curtains needed, especially if sleeping on the sofa bed as it is very bright due to street lamps right outside. The air conditioning only worked intermittently & we couldnt alter it. Luckily it was April & not too hot.

The location is fantastic - walking distance from the most sightseeing. The view is also great ! The apartment is fine for 2 people. There is everything you need. I didn't miss the dishwasher, because there are so many great restaurants in the area. The location is also easy to get to via public transport from the airport. The mattress was the most comfortable one I have ever tried on a trip. It is orthopedic and very, very comfortable. There are also lockers if you need to leave your baggage for a while. The communication with the host was regular and very well organized. All instructions were provided in advance, so you could ask in advance if you need something. There was provided an electric key as well as a manual one if your phone died :) (for example).

Beautiful apartment in the centre of Palma, beside the cathedral and many restaurants in the old town. Check in instructions were simple by way of electronic codes to the doors of the main door and apartment. These were communicated clearly. The apartment itself was spacious and well equipped with everything you need down to washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, condiments etc. You don't see this in other places. There's a washing machine, dishwasher and nesspresso coffee machine along with all the other necessary bits. Beach towels an added extra. The terrace is massive, with sun all day. Lockers are available following check out to store luggage which is handy. We loved our stay and will be back again.

Nothing really. Only thing is the main bedroom is tight with a 6ft bed, so only a small side table with lamp is available.

This apartment is attractively appointed, very well-equipped, and with nice outlooks over the downtown area. The location could not be better: close to the Cathedral and other major attractions, with numerous restaurants and shops only steps away from the apartment, and only a short walk to the waterfront. In spite of this central location the apartment was quiet. The representative who met us at the apartment when we checked-in was extremely helpful. We highly recommend Borne Suites T1.

Couldn't have asked for a better location. Access was easy (all done remotely) although there was clearly someone around if in need of help as we had a lovely lady come to see us on arrival to make sure all was OK. Apartment was spacious and spotless. Lovely walk in showers in the bathrooms. Nice big beds. We had the 2 bedroom apartment with a terrace. The terrace had the sun on it late afternoon through evening so was perfect for evening drinks and nibbles. The living area windows had great views of the cathedral. Lots of bars and restaurants surrounding to suit all tastes. And all the sights in walking distance. As other reviews have said - it's a busy area in the evening but bang on 10pm the fountain turned off and all of the noise and people and traffic seemed to just disappear so peaceful at night. Well worth the money for location alone.

Have stayed here before so new what to expect. Easy checking in process was met at the property. The apartment 4A has a large living / dining / kitchen area. All well appointed. The terrace is a great space. Large and gets morning sun and stunning sunsets. 2 well appointed bedrooms. Nice firm beds. Bathroom has been renovated since last year so excellent and fresh. Location excellent in middle of city but very little noise
