The rooms are pretty clean, the pool was warm, the food was pretty fresh and plenty of choice for everyone’s taste.

Other guests at the hotel were really loud every single day and night, at night especially, they would wake me up at 3 o’clock during the night and the staff did not do absolutely nothing about it. The staff at the restaurant were also pretty rude for no reason, i was grabbing a glass (plastic) of water and wanted to take it to my room because at the moment we didn’t have any drinking water left, and the employee basically yelled at us even though the plastic cup was waste and was going to be thrown to trash anyway.

Location was nice, pretty central will free public parking available. Shops were adjacent and the hotel was nice.

The breakfast space was in the basement adjacent to the pool area. It was a closed space wasn't ventilated well, ACs were not working and the breakfast was lying open (uncovered) to all flies.

Modern, clean room. Elevators. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent location near bus terminal, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, pub and shops. 2 swimming pools

Hotel is close to bus station, so you can plan your trip very easily to reach every place of the island. Sea is also very close, you can have a great walk along the beautiful coast. The furniture is quite new and everything is really clean. Towels were changed every day. Breakfast alright - boiled eggs, fried eggs, sausages, fried bacon, beans, cheese, bread and various croissants.

The pillows are very big and hard, it was more comfortable to sleep without a pillow. In the 1st floor there is bar with karaoke, be prepared with noisy evenings. Sadly no fruits in breakfast :(

The entertainment was fantastic.

The beds felt like camp beds, the decor was tired and the breakfast was average.

The reviews I read when booking my trip put me off but all I can say some people just like to moan about anything .we had great stay the hotel was spotless rooms cleaned every day ,towels changed daily. staff very helpful and friendly asked for extra pillow one there when I got back no cups in room but if you ask they will get you some , room lovely and cool with air conditioning. Breakfast was good especially the sausages. Great big pool area plenty sun loungers and the hotel has the Watson pub attached with entertainment every night .

The only minor thing was the tv it supposed to have so many channels but there was one channel called smash which was in English, not too bad in summer but if you was staying in winter and had some bad weather would be nice to have a film channel .

The reception staff was welcoming and helpful, especially Irena. They made us feel like welcome and pleasant. The swimming pool is amazing. The location is great. It is less than 100 metres away from the bus station where you can catch buses to almost everywhere around Malta, Gozo and Comino. There are also plenty of shops, caffe bars and restaurants around, so you will have everything you need just in a short walking distance. The cleaning staff do their job properly. Fresh towels and bed sheets provided every day. There is a balcony at the room. And finally, the price. I believe for this price we could not get anything better and it is a good deal generally.

The air condition system cannot be controled by the room guests, it is controled from the reception desk. Despite we have been told there was a phone in the room with reception on a speed dial, there was no phone at all. There was just one night when it was a bit too hot to sleep, so we opened the balcony door and spreaded the curtains. It was not a big issue for us now in May, but this may be a serious undergo during July and August. There was a tea/coffee making facility in the room but without any cups or glasses provided. The place needs some refurbishment. Outdated curtains are ruining the image.

Room was spacious and clean Balcony overlooking the Swimming pool. Even had mini fridge in there. Swimming pool was really nice and had indoor pool too. Great location close to bus station and beach. Shops, restaurants and bars.

The Kettle was 2 pin so asked reception too borrow a travel plug as plugs in wall were 3 pin plugs. Also no cups or coffee, tea & sugar sachets provided so had too buy mug in one in Tourist shop and some Nescafe sachets from Daves Supermarket.

Centrally located for everything you need. Watson bar and diner downstairs has live entertainment each night, food and drinks. Staff are really nice and helpful. Maria at reception is so nice. Pool is a bonus and indoor pool an even better bonus. Love the staff in this hotel, it's an older hotel and I always book the cheapest budget room which is usually with it's quirks but clean, very comfy beds, air con, fan, TV and state of the art hairdryer. Always great room service. Lifts are always in order, vending machines for late night snack or coffee. Not easily accessible with mobility scooter or wheelchair but is possible and everyone will tray to help as much as possible. Honestly great wee hotel in good central local. Approx 10 min walk to rocky seafront. Car hire, shops, cafes right on doorstep.

Really hard to fault for the service and price, you'd need to bu uber fusspot to find fault. Everyone in the staff tries their best.

The location is amazing, 1 min from bus station, 2 min from beach, 3 min from the Malta aquarium with an awesome playground, 5 min from a splash pad for kids, and 10min from night life and restaurants, a supermarket right next door, a swimming pool both indoors and outdoors, and superb buffet breakfast. We received above and beyond service from Jasmine at the reception, Ivan at the breakfast hall, Elvissa from housekeeping, also from the hotel manager, and everyone else from the truly international hospitality team.

It’s not the best if you plan to do work. Internet is good in most hotel areas but not as much in the rooms, while the common areas are a bit noisy and there is no dedicated working space.
