I slept very well, the bed was comfy and the TV was smart so O was able to connect and mirror what I wanted to see in my language. It's been renewed recently. There is a free park in front of.

The room is very very small, too small. It's 25-30 minutes away from the center by walk. The cost of the breakfast is too high considering the choice you have, and you don't have any other possibility in the nearby. The smell, entering the room, was not good despite the fact that everything seemed to be clean and quite new. Moreover I noticed that if you want the bread you can cut it by yourself in the breakfast buffet, but there is nothing to protec it from the hands of the people you everybody hold the bread directly. Please add a fabric napkin in order to improve this aspect.

Simple and basic hotel. Good value for money. The rooms are very clean. The staff are very friendly even though they don't speak English but they try to help. The breakfast is very simple and not much choice but still tasty. I can describe everything as basic but good and enough. Free private parking. EV charger works well. Located a bit on the outskirts and very quiet.

Our mattress was not firm and curved in the middle. No hairdryer. Our air conditioner didn't work so we had to open the windows when the room got hot. The reception is not open 24 hours so you need to arrive early.

The staff was great, pleasant, and more than willing to help with directions etc. Ample parking, good location, quiet, hotel was quiet, picnic area in the front, access to microwave, plates and utensils for our personal uses.

The room was a bit smaller than expected although the size was on the site. No screen on the window so we could not get fresh air without bugs

Ac in the room did not work properly. Heater mode was on and couldn't be changed to cooling mode. Apart from this it was OK. It was too late and we were too tired to go down and ask for assistance since we were only staying for 1 night. But all in all place was nice and clean.

The room was in a good, cleaned condition, the bed was very comfortable, at the reception there's a snack machine. There's a parking option, no extra charge. We were struggling with a taxi driver who spoke only french, but the receptionist Lady was very kind and helpful and helped us out to translate. It was a very nice stay.

The location is not the best to the nicest spots in Annecy. 30min. of walk or few min. by car. Taxi is about 15 EUR.

The location was peaceful. The breakfast had enough choices. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

The pillows were very hard. I only stayed two nights and neither nights I had a good sleep. The rooms are very small, we had to leave half of our luggage in the car.

I like the place, the staff are so nice but our room there’s a papmper under the bed which is so disgusting !!!! The rest are ok !!!!

They didn’t cleaned much the room, we found a pamper under the bed which is so disgusting really not acceptable !!!! Grrrrr.

Location is actually pretty good, walking distance to old town. Breakfast was more than adequate and worth getting (at point of booking room)

as most people mentioned the walls are not sound proof. nevertheless our neighbours were quiet and I think this would be the case most of the time

Left my house shoes in the hotel and The staff was exceptional and when contacted like after 4 days ( we were come back from our trip on the same route) they still had it and gave it to us

Worth the money. Comfortable and Clean Beds. Late Check-In Timings. Nice Ambience around the Hotel.

The place is a bit far from Lake Annecy, around 20minutes walking. Our bathroom was a bit small and it flooded every time we showered. No dedicated luggage storage area but you can still keep your luggage with them.
