The apartment is at an amazing location only few minutes from Trevi fountain. It makes access to all main historical places. It's a cozy (and clean) place suitable for a city break and/or long weekend. The personnel was also very helpful and very responsive to massages. We also loved that we could leave our luggage at the property after checkout and pick them up prior leaving to the airport later on.

The breakfast was at a local café few meters from the apartment which in itself wasn't an issue. What we didn't like is, that the vouchers (breakfast included in price of the accommodation) included only a coffee of choice and a piece of croissant. Everything else must have been paid for in addition. Well, for me personally, if I book an accommodation specifically with breakfast included, I expect a buffet table, not a coffee and a croissant.

It was very close to Trevi, like 5 minutes walk. It’s basically in the touristic centre and it is very crowded especially in this season, but it was worth it as we wanted to be close to the centre. There is a great restaurant just around the corner - da Olympia that serves very tasty local dishes in a cozy family-like environment. The room was clean and we got room service just once, but we were mostly outside, so it was Ok. We arrived late and night and had to go through the self check-in process which was quite easy as the instructions were provided in a very detailed way.

It is very-very noisy in the corridor and there is no soundproofing. When somebody breathes a bit loudly you can clearly hear it from the room. It was very difficult to rest during the day especially from 10-3pm when the rooms are being serviced as the doors open and close so loudly that you basically fall off the bed )). This being said, the location is really nice and if you’re staying for a short period of time, it’s a nice choice.

The location is excellent and close to not only some big attractions but also the bus and subway lines which makes it exceptional for getting around. The host was exceptional as well. We had some complications with the booking and they were very accommodating and in constant communication with us in order to resolve the situation and provided a positive outcome for me and my family.

The price is a bit much, however that is not exclusive to this place alone. Rome is a massive tourist hub and you're paying for its location above all.

We are very happy with our choice of accommodation, the location was perfect! It was close to the spanish steps and fontana di trevi. Even though we arrived after check-in time, it was easy to get into the hotel, we were given pictures of where everything was so that it would be as easy as possible for us. The room smelled good and the cleaning was top notch! Cesare was helpful and recommended us where to go to eat and walk around town. When we go to Rome again, Daphne is an obvious choice for us!

The accommodation had an excellent location, all famous attractions are within a 15-minute walk, the cleanliness of the room was on the high level !! the staff is very friendly

Breakfast! although we had a complaint about the breakfast (only one chorasan and one coffee/cappuccino), with Monika's help we found a solution. However - really big big minus for “ Italian breakfast “ Many thanks to Monika for her help, problem solving, and friendliness. truly a strong person with such very good energy.

Location is perfect. Most attraction is on walking distance. Deluxe room is very big and comfy, Apartment is clean, The lady at reception is very helpful.

Great location in the heart of Rome and very clean and comfortable. Great character property and spacious

We had a family room with 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed. A shame that there is not 2 x single beds instead of the sofa bed as would be more comfortable for two children. Shower tray also fills up with water as opposed to drain.

breakfast location was nearby and it made the stay much more relaxing, because we didn't have to be looking for a place. It was right there.

the elevator could have been a bit larger. We had to go up 3 times to transport our luggage. And in the website the suite I Reserved stated that I had a patio over looking the city, but we couldn't see anything because of the plastic covering the patio. misleading.

Great location. There is a little lift that works well and takes you to the 3rd floor. We checked in after 1300 and so we had an email explaining how to access the room. The staff were great. Very friendly staff. I felt very welcomed. Very clean room that used the space up well. They helped us with ideas for the local area and also connected us with excellent airport transfer service. Close to the metro and lots of food plus attractions.

I can't think of anything I did not like. I enjoyed my stay at this little hotel near Trevi Fountain and Spagna area.
