Miguel was a great host. This location was just perfect, very quiet at night. We were able to walk just across the street and begin our sightseeing, castle etc. The washroom had a great shower. The room was equipped with a small fridge and coffee machine. The Air Conditioner worked great. Miguel was there to help us at breakfast time. Breakfast surpassed our expectations. The place was very nicely decorated, from the room to the breakfast area. Would stay here again for sure and maybe stay a few more days.

Central location. Helpful and wonderful staff. It’s super easy to contact with Miguel via WhatsApp and he responds promptly. He let me Ieave my luggage before checking in. When I came back to the hotel, my heavy luggage was in my second floor room. I was so thankful. The room is spotless and very comfortable. It’s also so quite even though its right next to roads.

The breakfast started promptly at 8. I wish he allowed me pick up some breakfast items so I can start my hikes early.

The hosts were very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them over breakfast. Breakfast was plenty - though very breads heavy. The location is right near several lovely restaurants and a great local cafe. Makes you feel like you're getting a real Portugal experience.

We didn't know that there would not be someone at reception to let us in. It took some extra coordinating to get the codes to get access to the property. It would have been great to have had those proactively communicated.

We had a great stay at the hotel, it’s very central to Guimaraes meaning you can walk to any place of interest, shops, restaurants and cafes etc with ease. We had a great sleep, the room had everything we needed and was very clean. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast was very good and plentiful and regularly topped up. Our stay was very enjoyable and great value for money. Many thanks to all of the team.

I liked the fact that Camilia obliged me when I appeared earlier than expected & was very helpful, came back later and Luis picked me up from the Guimarães railway station ( raining then ) & settled me right away even turned on the dual inverter reverse cycle aircon at 28C ! He allotted me a lovely room at the ground floor but on this instance the room had almost unusable WiFi but it does not deter me from returning in March! Breakfast was personalised on my own table & I had access to a microwave and they lent me bowls. The mini bar was cold and nice, not just luke warm as in most places. Bus 4 from the Bus Terminal goes through the Hostel / Hotel ( right in front ! ) at Tourla enroute to the railway station

WiFi signal at the room Ground Floor, but at other parts of the Ground Floor it was good, to be honest and fair. I am given to understand the technical issues are being sorted out, so good on them !

It is a quiet 5 room in a quiet part of the old town. The owner was on site during breakfast and was very helpful with directions and information. The breakfast was very good. Free on-street parking is a short walk or 2 minutes to the municipal parkade. This is an easy walking town. The cable car to the sanctuary and nature park is a must for the view. If Bellu Suites is available you won’t be disappointed.

Let me just say that the location is unmatch, you are basically 10 min walk from the historical center. The price/quality ratio is really good. The breakfast is humble, you will have one person serving you, and you can ask for more if you want. The room had a mini refrigerator that we could use.

They don't have parking, there is payed underground parking that you pay 0.40€ per hour after the first 2 hours. The mini refrigerator made so much noise during the night.

Luis is an awesome host and a truly nice guy. The location is as good as it gets. Located in the heart of the historic district. Restaurants, stores of all kinds and the main sites of Guimaraes all within walking distance. The breakfast was also as good as you could ever expect and more available than I could or would want to eat. Thank You Luis for making my stay a wonderful experience.

the location in the town and for excursions to the north, The host was very helpful , there was coffee in the room and the breakfast was very nice wirth Cappuccino etc. The host took very well care of us and the room was very very nice and clean. The parking is at a nearby parking garage and was quite cheap -we would defiantly come again

Top location in the city center, walking distance to all main attractions, comfortable bed, quiet, good breakfast in a very nicely decorated room. We arrived to Guimarães early morning and was able to drop the luggage right away. So we went sightseeing and at 1pm we got a message with all entry codes as our room ready. Thank you a lot once again! :)
