The heated indoor pool was a hit with the kids.

Happy to clean up the cabin before leaving, but wish I could have just loaded the dishwasher and put it in rather than having to put it all away before we left. Not a huge issue, but travelling with 3 small children would have made the morning we left so much easier. The dishwasher takes forever so I had to wash everything up.. I think the bunk room would be incredibly hot in summer, no cooling in there at all, also the bunk beds weren't made, you have to do that yourself which is quite difficult for top bunk, all other beds were made. The bunk ladder was incredibly hard to use, small opening and the rungs were difficult for kids to climb.

We stayed in the Air Stream - great setup, as the weather was a little unpredictable. Great undercover area to enjoy and relax with outdoor BBQ and kitchen, TV and awesome bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The family stayed at the park to celebrate our grandson's birthday. Lots of activities for everyone to enjoy. And the birds were a highlight as they came every morning to be feed. Morning text to say coffee van was at Reception.

We were here for a bowling competition so location was good, next to Bowling Club and opposite Bannisters. They both have good restaurants. Also they have a coffee truck come in the morning and the staff send you a txt msg to let you know.

Only downside to our cabin was the glass shower screen needed to be longer as when you have a shower, water goes on the floor and makes it a bit unsafe if you didn’t realise. Aside from that everything was good.

The property had everything we needed. Every morning we were there we got a text to say a coffee van was out the front even. It was just great. We only left the property to get groceries and do little activities for the kids but really with the two pools, bounce pad, play areas and bike tracks there was so much.

Our only challenge was we couldn’t fit our own baby bassinet in our room. We put it in the kitchen and kept the door open so we could hear the baby. Otherwise nothing major

The holiday park has so much to offer, so many activities for the kids, beautiful location, friendly staff. We could not fault Ingenia and would definitely return in the future and recommend to others. Could of easily stayed another week. We love Port Stephens and we have now found our favourite accommodation. The park offered so many fun holiday activities for the kids, the favourite being the Goal Soccer Academy session.

Great place for kids under 10 the older ones were left to their own demise and made the 7,8,9,10x feel uncomfortable at over 10 they could run amok while their parents relaxed at their caravans tents or cabins

The older kids stealing kids croc charms the putting crocs back somewhere easy to find missing charms also they would hang near the play park swearing and squealing which was close to our cabin once I mentioned it to the staff the second last night they kept the lights so it was pitch black

It was clean and comfortable. As this was an extended family get together-- everyone was reasonably close to each other. Next door to the park is the Soldiers Point Bowling club, where we had our family function. The children had plenty of activities in the park no matter the weather conditions.

We experienced heavy rain whilst there, and some of the group who were camping had a lot of water around their tents. So perhaps the drainage in that area could be improved.

We loved the resort especially for all the kids they had so much for them and it was ana amazing experience we booked 6 cabins for 6 different families and we all had a blast so much things to do from pools to bike riding to bowling to movie night and also the jumping for the kids

That we couldn't use any facilities before 2pm like the bathroom we had to wait until we have checked in

The Airstream caravan had the right amount of space for a family of four and was equipped with all the essentials we needed to call it our home away from home.. the ensuite was nothing short of luxurious and the outdoor setting, bbq fitted with a sink and fridge, with an outdoor tv was the perfect entertaining and living area to make our stay even more special. It certainly exceeded our expectations. We will be coming back again next year!

There was nothing not to like about the property..

Convenient location when travelling with kids. Bowling club next door, pub and beach across the road. Great facilities to keep the kids occupied, even if they’re just riding endless loops of the park! Variety of accommodation to choose from to suit your budget. Friendly and accommodating staff.
