The location was great, right inside the palace walls within walking distance of everything. The room was clean upon arrival and the host was very communicative.

The room was quite small with no space to lay your luggage out on the floor but you can easily make do. The shower also lacked water pressure and kept switching from the overhead shower to the handheld randomly, especially when on hot water. Our biggest complaint with this location is the lack of clarity on what the reserved parking entails. We did not have any issues and the host was very friendly but it should be known that the reserved parking was actually the host taking your car and parking it a few miles away at his house then bringing back to you whenever you wanted to use it. This was somewhat stressful to have a stranger driving our rental car with no idea what he was doing with it. It ended up working out ok, but we just felt that should be known prior to booking

Location is incredible, right in centre of old town. Noise was not an issue as when you close shutter it is silent. Great to have a little fridge, glasses and a kettle to use. Loved that there was a hairdryer. Shower was super and beds really comfortable. Bit expensive but presume that’s because of the location. Air con was fantastic. Owner was very helpful and let us store our luggage before our flight home.

The room was very small, not much space for suitcases etc. A couple of bowels and spoons would be really handy to have so you could have cereal in the rooms for breakfast.

The location was unparalleled, right in the middle of the old city and just blocks from all of the major places of interest. The room had so much charm and character with the gorgeous stone walls and interesting lighting. It was also extremely comfortable and well air conditioned which was important as the temperatures outside were extremely hot. We were there with friends and they took the room across the hall from us which meant it was easy to be together as a group. One room was bigger than the other with chairs for us to sit together. It included a small bar fridge which our hostess thoughtfully stocked with water, some juice and a couple of beers which was a very nice touch. We did get to meet her and she was delightful and very helpful. There were also facilities for making tea and coffee. We were concerned about the possible noise from people partying late into the night outside, but once we closed the shutters it was extremely quiet. If we go back I would definitely stay there again. We loved it.

The room was located within the diocletian palace walls, it was clean and had everything we needed. Really close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Our car was parked for us and returned on departure. 15 euros per day. Made our check in so easy.

Room was on the small side and a little dark but when you're working within the boundaries of a historic building they've created a beautiful space. No switch for the bedside lamps.

Convenient location - 5 minute walk to boat tours, 10 minute walk to bus station. Located in the quieter side of the old town so it isn't too noisy at night. Easy check-in and out process.

Hot water runs out too quickly. Suggest waiting a little bit between showers if there is more than 1 person. The bathroom door was very hard to open.

The location could not have been better, right in the old city. Access was easy. There was very welcome air conditioning, a comfortable bed and fridge. Mladen the owner was fantastic, meeting us at the property and giving us lots of recommendations in the area. We were also able to leave our luggage before and after checkout.

Situated right in the Diocletian Palace and a very comfortable room with a great shower. The host is fantastic and really cares that you enjoy yourself. Provided many excellent recommendations

Bed was a bit too soft for us but we prefer sleeping on very firm mattresses

The host was incredibly helpful—he was very quick to respond to anything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and even though the room was in the center of old town, it was quiet enough to sleep.

The hot water only lasted for 10 minutes—not a major problem but tricky if you have long hair to wash. We couldn’t find the light switch to turn off the bathroom mirror light; we didn’t ask to be fair because we were exhausted from traveling.

Based on location, I think space was well managed. And location itself - in a heart of old town, but quiet at the same time. Hosts were very welcoming - we used some of their great suggestions.

It is very humid after shower (you can open windows, but mosquitoes will eat you alive 😅)

Perfect location in Split Old town, great communication with staff to access room. We arrived early and were able to store luggage close by until check in. The room was beautifully presented and clean
