…The Naples Garden Inn is not the Ritz. It doesn’t need to be. Sure, a Ritz is generally all inclusive, where one has many over the top amenities to choose from: shops, restaurants, salon, plenty over priced beach and water stuff to charge to one’s room…in short, one is held hostage to the company store. And then there’s the standard of service and excellence that one ought to expect when paying a premium for lodgings with a world class reputation…that in my opinion often seems hollow. What Naples Garden Inn lacks in captive amenities…truth be told, I personally like to get out and about, explore the area I am visiting, patronize local establishments and see what’s beyond the place I spend the night…the NGI’s personable staff makes up for with Heart and Soul. It’s a unique little gem in a sea of posh, where the staff genuinely care about my stay, they care about whether I am satisfied with my booking, my stay in Naples in general and my well being, as I have seen with any of their other guests. It’s also evident that the housekeeping staff take pride in their work thru the cleanliness of the rooms(I have stayed in several rooms since I 1st discovered the NGI),how rock solid well the beds are made, and the meticulous care of the grounds and gardens in general. Real folks work here that care about your stay with them. The NGI is not the Ritz or even the Four Seasons, the NGI has a Soul quality, it’s better.

Staff very friendly and welcoming, a refreshing change after Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Big comfortable room but little privacy as it had one large window and no net curtain so it was blackout or full exposure. Nice pool and easy on site free parking. Breakfast adequate but with paper plates and plastic cutlery. Little more than bagels, cereal, juice and eggs. Good restaurants nearby especially Bahama Breeze, Cheesecake Factory and Uncle Julio's Mexican all easily walkable. For a more upmarket Italian there's Bellini. City centre is a bus ride away, but no buses in the evening.

From the moment we arrived at Naples Garden Hotel, we felt like we had stepped into a tropical paradise! The beautifully landscaped gardens, swaying palm trees, and peaceful ambiance made for the perfect retreat. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for comfort, offering a true home-away-from-home experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable, always greeting us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Whether lounging by the sparkling pool or enjoying a quiet morning in the lush courtyard, every moment here was pure relaxation. We had a pool side room, which I would recommend. The view from your window is just relaxing with the tropical trees and seeing the Tiki Hut and pool just beyond it. Our room was spacious and updated with a walk-in shower and room was clean. I like the continental breakfast under the tiki hut poolside. Not too much to choose from but it did fill our bellies to start our day. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I didn't like the fact that the rooms did not have telephones in them. So, we could not reach the front desk and had to look on the website and use our cell phone. I also had a little issue the last night with partiers in the room next to us 12:30at night yelling and little kids yelling and screaming. I called the front desk but gave a message to call another number to reach whoever it was that picked up. He was no help and just said if we had any other issues to call 911. That turned me off.

Bed was so comfortable actually slept through the whole night. But the room was super clean and they had a refrigerator in the room . Made me think that my mattress at home is not good enough and my pillows are not good enough. But overall it was a decent trip, and decent hotel stay.

No microwave in room it was out by the pool. Contiential breakfast was outside but there were ants on the coffee machine.They only gave us one card for entrance to our room because they did not have enough cards to hand out to all their guests and I traveled with one other person so it's kind of inconvenient. We asked a couple times for a second card and they could not accommodate us.

I loved the surroundings, the gardens, the pool, is a very cozy, beach style, clean hotel. Excellent location. Housekeeping on point. I loved the fact that they still provide pool towels.

It could use a little upgrading, there's no microwave in the rooms, a small one can easily be added, that was a bit of an inconvenience. The small coffee pot in our room was broken, it looks like it's an old one. That needs to be taken care of. Everybody else was nice. Very clean.

Set and setting. The inner gardens and pool area provide a relaxing aesthetic and quiet peace of mind from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. Plus there’s all kinds of It woulcool lizards, both the Lounge and the Squamata varieties.

Plotting to pine over possible problems post parting from this WONDERFUL premises would be pedantically petty and perfectly pointless. ✌️

It was absolutely spotless inside and out. The staff folks were wonderful and immensely helpful when I requested anything. Good coffee, plenty of towels, and an amazing shower....overall a slip back into the days when 10 story hotels didn't dominate the landscape.

My only issue...the furniture seemed to have seen better days. The bed was super comfy and probably new, but the casegoods were a bit long in the tooth. However functionally they were fine, sturdy and again...spotless. They held my clothes just fine.

Very welcoming at the front desk. Our room, #115 was a king room poolside. Looking out the window was greenery that gave the feeling you were in the islands. Comfortable bed. Mini fridge and coffee maker. Nothing fancy but clean. Quiet thru the wall ac, where most places are very noisy. Breakfast was minimal but ok under the Tiki Bar. Very pleasant. Excellent pool.

Need a microwave in the room.

The amenities are great, and the location is central to all our planned activities. The staff was friendly to accommodate anything we needed, and Frank was exceptional at check-in!

We had a guest staying next to us two doors down that was very rude and threatening to us over an ashtray 🙄
