Surprisingly nice pet-friendly apartment house that turned out to be (also surprisingly) within walking distance to the train station and downtown Annecy. It was fully furnished and outfitted, so we decided to do breakfasts and one rainy night dinner in. Management is very responsive - there was noise from neighbors but they tamped that down quickly. The value is exceptional, and there is even free parking. I will definitely stay again when in the area.

Very clean, comfortable, spacious for 2 adults. Easy walking distance to shops and Tourist attractions. Host met us on arrival, very friendly and helpful. Also has access to Garage facilities for Bicycles and Motorcycles!!! Easy to get around walking or driving. Warm and comfortable for a winter visit.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Les Hirondelles. We wish more hygiene products were provided.

The second floor apartment that we booked for 3 adults was large. Basic kitchen facilities provided. Fridge does not have a freezer inside. One bedroom has a full sized work table and an ergonomic chair. Extremely fast wifi. Parking on the grounds of the building. Comfortable bed. There are external swing shutters for the terrace doors and windows. French TV channels only. The host met us onsite to hand over the key. In my case the Booking.com messages advising arrival times were not noticed by the host so a text message was needed.

It was in a fairly unattractive neighbourhood, 20 min walk to old town. Not sure I’d feel safe walking solo at night

The apartment is super nice and comfortable and the living room is quite spacious. Great coffee machine as well! It's in a quiet area of town and only a 15 minute walk to the city center.

Great apartment, all facilities, easy walking distance of town and shops...

No problems just a little dated could do with a little rennovation...

The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Marco and Geoff, the hosts, were so helpful. The centre of town was walkable with a supermarket just around the corner. Perfect for us.

There are two full-size working places, work and leisure can be comfortably combined - WiFi is also available. Location: quiet street, close to the city center, free parking near the house, well-equipped appartment. All in all, we had an excellent stay! We wanted to stay 2 more days and our request was accepted. Thank you!

Very minor things that could still improve the experience: - in the shower there is no shelf to put the soap/shampoo - things have to be put on the floor. - we didn't have enough paper towels - the one we had probably remained from the previous customers.
