Location is excellent, very convenience. Many good restaurants and eateries everywhere , either within walking distance or just a few train stops away.

Lift very slow and crowded, too many people as lifts are shared with very busy commercial floors with restaurants etc.., out of the MRT train from airport, it is much easier to get up directly to the main Train hall at ground floor and cross the road, it is straight forward and least walking(provided it is not raining), If raining can go via the underground shopping street and exit via M6, just prepare to walk a bit more and need to climb a few stairs along the way, Alternatively can also take the lift near to exit Z2, exit from ground floor and walk 25meters .

The location is great. Right across the Taipei Main Station where all train traffic from different routes converge. As added bonus, the hotel has direct access to the main station thru the basement. It is also near to restos serving good food. However, the basement entrance from the hotel to the train station does not open until 7am. You need to cross the street from the hotel to the main station but no big deal. The hotel is easily accessible from the Taoyan International Airport by MRT which, by the way, is very clean and efficient. Our room and its bathroom are also spacious (33sqm). Housekeeping is excellent and customer-oriented. We had a problem with our bidet and it was fixed immediately. The hotel is walking distance from the usual tourist spots like the Chiang Kaisek Memorial, National Museum, etc. It is also a train ride away from the other tourist areas like the Ximending, Taipei 101, and is just one High Speed Rail (HSR) ride away to The Gloria Outlets, for those who love shopping.

Interior looks old fashioned and insufficient lighting in the room. I would say that it was even quite dark. The carpet also needs to be changed because it appears moldy although quite clean. Our room (1916) has door stopper protruding from the floor and it caused me and my wife to trip over it and hurt our toes. This contraption is very unsafe and should be removed or relocated.

One of the lifts goes down to B1 to some shops and subway.. when you are in B1, follow the board for M6 to find directions to Caesar Park hotel.

Showers had good water pressure

Location was excellent, at central taipei main station. Direct access from metro station to hotel Room was decent and had great view of Taipei Main station Breakfast was mediocre. Rice porridge always was lukewarm, there was no soup dumpling which Taipei is famous for Many local eateries with 7 Eleven and Family Mart convenient stores nearby

Despite hotel having many rooms, there was only one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. Washer/dryer always occupied. Hotel did not provide basic amenities such as toothpaste/toothbrush, shaving razor/cream, facial cream something most basic hotels in Japan even provide

Hotel location is superb. It was super easy to catch a cab when required in front of the hotel. Service was great, staff were very polite and courteous. We arrived slightly ahead of time (about 1 hr) and the staff arranged for alternative room (which was bigger than our original booking) to check into. There were disposable bathroom slippers in the room, which was great. We were able to leave our luggage with the concierge the next day when we check out. Note: Check-in requires a deposit. If you are arriving and departing with a bunch of luggage via Airport Express/Metro, it is easier to get to the hotel using the main street via the lift at Z4 exit from the Metro Station and walk backwards than via direct passage link to hotel as there is a flight of chairs to climb from B2 to B1 before you can reach the lift to get to level 1.

The food there was incredible! They even had some honey which we needed to squeeze out of honeycomb. It was really satisfying! The location was excellent too! There was a lot of shops and restaurants below the hotel, like: Mister Donut and some ramen restaurants. And the Taipei Main Station was just the opposite side.

There was not much to explore in the hotel. There was only a roof garden, a SPA, hotel rooms and a restaurant. Personally, I think they should add a indoor swimming pool and maybe a playground to let kids enjoy.

Great location. They have two lifts with direct access to Basement 1 which is linked to the train station.

- The hotel room felt dated even though it was evidently renovated to modernise it. - (Probably not true for all rooms) but the toilet was badly designed. It was missing a toilet roll holder and the toilet paper was placed in a tissue box. The toilet paper got wet quite a few times cos the hand towel rack was just beside it. - Even though there was a bidet installed, the plumbing system remained old and had to be used with care to prevent clogging of the toilet bowl. - The shower head was clearly dirty with black residues on it. - Lastly, the TV only had slightly more than 10 channels that were very dated, probably due to the lack of cable subscription. Had to watch classic movies and tv shows during the stay.

Good location, shops n malls nearby, good connection to train station Room was well size, we are able to open 2 big luggages in our twin room n still have ample space to walk around. Bathroom was also decent with bidet

There are 3 switches controlling light in the room. One for door area, one for toilet n the last one to control rest of the room. We actually would like to keep table lamp on for the night but are unable to do so, it is either all or none. I also wished there was handle around bathtub area to facilitate the climbing in and out

First of all the hotel is located right opposite to the Taipei Main Station from which you can reach anywhere in Taiwan. Once you get inside hotel we felt very comfortable, Staff were very friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was in the main restaurant and offered fresh fruits, yogurts on top of Chinese, Japanese and Western staples. The room was huge especially after staying in hotels in Japan

Other restaurants and conference rooms seem not to be used much. We felt a bit dark when we entered the floors where these are located and think this is why people rate not highly on facilities.
