Great location and staff at the House. Stayed in Room #3. Central close walk to Old Town and sights. Clean and cute apartments. Nice kitchenette and balcony. Only 2 parking spaces available with advance reservation in front of the House at 15 BGN per night. If you need parking, it would be difficult to find anything in the area. Many restaurants and stores only steps away. Apartment has its own hot water heating unit and its own AC unit. Very Good "Park 66" traditional Bulgarian meal restaurant with connecting door to the House stair area. We would definitely stay here again and hope for a future trip to beautiful Plovdiv. The staff at the front entry desk were very nice and helpful.

The location of Old Plovdiv House is exceptional. It's in a quiet street but less than 100yds from the pedestrian part of the buzzing Kapana area full of restaurants and bars. Kotka i Mushka (Cat and Mouse) Bar - one of the best craft beer bars in Plovdiv - is only 70yds door to door. The Hotel is also close to the stunning Old Town and near to the main shopping places. The staff were all friendly and spoke good English. My room has fridge, microwave and hob facilities.

Be aware that Old Plovdiv house does not have a lift.

We chose the hotel because of it's convenient central location, everything is available at walking distance. There was also an option for parking. Staff was very friendly and nice. The room was clean and cozy, large enough for a comfort stay. Would recommend to anyone who wants to explore the beautiful city of Plovdiv.

The lack of elevator was a bit of a downside for the upper floors, but not the end of the world :) we liked everything

Fantastic location in the Kapana District. Short walk to Old Town and main attractions. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly and very helpful on the reception desk. The attached restaurant offered tasty Bulgarian food.

Limited timings for using sauna and steam rooms as staff need to be available to turn them on for you.

Great service, great room, perfect location. We traveled with a 4 month old and got a free room upgrade because the baby bed didn't fit in the room we booked. Super friendly host that deserves a raise!

The loud drunk people at 1am. But that's not the fault of the hotel. Plus you're in the center, so of course there will be some loud people

Very nice clean hotel in the heart of a beautiful city. Reception lady was very kind to help me with parking. Hotel has dedicated parking space, which could be reserved for guests for extra charge. There is also SPA available for guests for free to use, but we had no time to use it unfortunately. Bed in bedroom was soft, exactly as I like. Our room was on the4th floor, no elevator, but it's not a problem for us. Also we were warned before our arrival about absence of lift. We don't mind some exercising :)

The location is in Kapana District, very close to Roman Stadium / Ancient Theatre - 10min walking maximum. The Room was actually an apartment with 2 rooms. The living room sofa extends into a bed, but it was not very comfortable to sleep on that sofa. There were some wood edges that were hard and a part (extendable) that was real soft. The other room was comfortable, all good here. Both rooms (apartment was) were heated with air conditioning, good option. The bathroom was ok, same as others, missing the glass that should separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom, but we did not mind, it was ok for us. The staff was really nice. We had a parking spot reserved for us before arrival (extra charge 17 BGN per day) in front of their restaurant (the back of the hotel). There is a restaurant in the hotel, we ate here only once. The food is good, a bit pricy. Our room was on second floor, there is no elevator, but we did not mind extra exercise. Wifi was ok, tv had few channels only, but with did not mind this, we actually had a laptop for any entertainment.

To improve: - The balcony door has a gap when closed and won't stay sealed from outside, which allowed the cold air to enter room and the noise also. Not really big issue, but if you stay in winter when it is real cold, could make a difference. - We had a bit of bathroom smell. We kept the fan in there most of the time on and the door was closed, but maybe this can be improved somehow. - Change the living room sofa in apartment nr.4, it is old and uncomfortable. Apart of this, all good.

Located in the heart of Kapana district, right in the center of Plovdiv and 5 minutes walk from the Old Town. The apartment had all basic amenties for a short stay. Also, the parking right in front of the hotel (booked in advance for 15 leva a day) was very convenient. In the same block there were tens of restaurants, bars, fast foods and shops of all kinds. And the lady in the reception was very kind, smiling all the time and ready to help on anything. All these for a very affordable price.

The sofa bed was a bit too soft, but yet it is a matter of personal preference.
