Newly refurbished building, great location, only 5 minutes walking to Asok BTS station and conveniently tucked away from the Sukhumvit fuzz, spotlessly clean, extremely safe, very kind staff at the counter, stable WiFi connection, comfortable (but not XXL) french size bed.

External soundproofing needs improvement. You will need to wear ear plugs due to the non stop traffic on the motorway. A few minor details, such as placing a plastic glass near the bathroom sink and one more chair in the living room.

Clean friendly easy instructions to follow. Available 24/7. Speaks local and English. The pool is clean and big enough for a swim. The gym although not highly equipped was adequate for a full body workout.

These are not bad points just room for improvement. The gym should have background music playing so that there is no need to bring any electronics to the gym. Same for the pool if there were local or foreign music playing so that there is no need to take an electronic device to the pool area. I thought I was getting a shower and a bath but that may have been a mistake on my part as I was searching through many places to stay late at night.

Location. On a quiet street but at a stone’s throw from Sukhumvit and Asok stations. Excellent staff and management- they promptly took care of any minor issues we highlighted. Good attention to detail. The apartments are fully equipped for both business and leisure travellers. Good breakfast. Freshly cooked and different items each day. Very thoughtful of the management to extend Diwali wishes to us along with a box of sweets!

Only point was the small size of the window. A tiny balcony was there but occupied by the AC unit.

This is my second stay. The staffs were very good and very helpful. Special mention of fornt desk staffs Feem, Yam and Praew who went out of their way to help me with a problem I had. All three were Very understanding and kind. The HQ call to check with me too were very professional and kind. Cleaning staffs were always on time like clock work and left my room fresh everytime I went out and returned. Because I returned, they let me check in early and check out late (of course, this depends on the room availability) This is more in line with serviced apartment type of rooms and its perfect for those who want to chill in BKK and also work remotely. Perfect chair and desk for doing that. Rooms are adequate and clean.

Gym needs more weights in pairs. But its not a deal breaker for me.

Very well located, close to the main Sukhumvit street, most shopping malls, famous nana area, etc. Also secluded inside a very quiet street with a 7-Eleven literally, 2 min walking. The room had all the amenities you could need, stove, microwave, mini fridge, washer l, etc. the check-in and check out process was also very quick, which was very appropriated and because there was no 'mini bar', there was no lengthy check out either or billing. Hotel staff were welcoming , kind, and very accommodating. Cozy vibes, stayed with my family here and generally everyone was very accommodating.

Even though it was mentioned in the booking that the property had a balcony/terrace, there was none available in the building or for guests staying. Even though smoking rooms were available, because I went with my family, I had to use the bathroom to smoke.

phenomenal service, incredibly nice staff who are always ready to help and always very welcoming. the room is very clean and cleaning is done every day. no unpleasant smells from the air conditioner, which is very common, at the end of my stay after 10 pm I noticed that the air conditioner started to drip, the repairman came and fixed everything within 10 minutes. in the lobby you can get coffee and other drinks, which was very useful. the pool and all areas of the hotel are also very clean, everything is actively maintained. The location is great, very close to everything, but the area is quiet. I went to all 4 shopping centers in the area, the metro is also within walking distance. When it rains, you can take an umbrella at the hotel. I liked it so much that I stayed 6 days more than planned, and I will definitely come back. The staff and cleanliness are my top priorities, and I am eternally grateful to all the staff for such a comfortable stay

This hotel is located near to Sukhumvit road which is the central tourist area for shopping / foods / getting around / skyway. furthermore, there is easy access to Queen Sirikit convention center, which takes aproximately 25 minutes by walk. I stayed in the room with the kitchen, since I wanted to cook my own food during my stay. kitchen is working, there are pans, tools for cooking, pots and cups as well. there is ans electric inducer, as well as a mini oven.

the razor, toothbrush and cotton buds should be taken from the front desk. these materials must be available in the room. This is the standard, and it should be followed. I asked for the invoice, but the facility says I need to get the invoice from booking.com, not from them.

Our stay in Citadines went beyond from what was expected. It's situated in a prime location, 300-400m away from Asok Station (you can enter via the Exchange Tower). The room is always clean, water bottles refilled everyday, clean sheets, towels. The engineer helped us fix the lamp as it was not working when we tried switching it on. The free coffee and tea in the lobby is a warm welcome! Value for money indeed. Will stay here again soon!

Nothing in particular. Minor comment would be breakfast as it had limited options. But not a problem since there's the staple bread section, milk/yogurt/coffee; eggs, and protein.

I have stayed at this preferred Citadines location numerous time during my stay in Bangkok. . The location is perfect (BTS and MRT stations within walking distance). The service and professionalism are always beyond my expectation. My request in advance for the preferred room reservation has always been granted. Even if I needed a one hour late check out time that got approved on the spot. Each time you enter the lobby a nice greeting awaits you by the familiar staff. They are there to help you as always.

We liked the location as the property was near some malls and the train station. The room was spacious and the layout was functional. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room, bathroom and good daily housekeeping service. We were able to make use of the gym and launderette. The check in and out process was smooth and the staff was very helpful.

Really very minor inconvenience such as all of the lights needing to be turned on, even if just needing to use the bathroom so sometimes had to use the toilet in the dark to avoid waking up partner. There was just one time when the dryer did not heat up so had to re-run the cycle but maintenance man helped us immediately to fix the problem.
