For us it is a really good location. We had single beds now and they were perfect. We had problems with the shower and a very warm room but both things were straight away dealt with which was fantastic.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was tasty and diverse.

The heating was poor. We had to be dressed heavily in our rooms. The outside temperature was bellow zero so the room was cold. They don't provide free cleaning, towel changing or toilet paper. I mean, we can live without cleaning and new towels, but we didn't know we would have to do everything by ourselves (including buying toilet paper and taking out trash). Maybe it's a thing in Sweden or it is just this hotel. P.S. they do the cleaning every 7 days but it was less than we stayed.

Tidy,silent and cozy place. It's easy to reach with public transport. The room size and configuration is perfect, you can cook everything you want in your well equiped kitchen. Some info about transportation; first of all you should buy a public transport card at airport ticket office(1,3 or 7 days up to your visit of Stockholm). You can use all public transportation with this card(busses,metro,commuter train, etc. ). The cheapest way to reach the hotel you can use Bus no 579 first (from Arlanda Airport to Märsta, about 15 minutes), then use Commuter Train (from Märsta to Central Station, about 45 minutes), then use Bus no 1 or 76 (from Central Station to Biz Apertment, about 20 minutes). Also you use Arlanda Express and ruote buses from airport to central station with a little bit higher prices. You can find good restaurants and markets around the hotel but also to reach to city center very easy and comfortable with public transport. Thanks for all...

The location of the hotel is really nice, about 20 minutes away from city center by bus and about 10 minutes away from a subway station. The area is very quiet and clean. The staff at the reception was friendly. The room was really spacious and got a lot of lightning. It also has the appliances you need if you want to have a quick meal.

The air ventilation cannot be stopped so if you have sensitive sinuses you might have some issues with this because the air flow is rather cold. The bed we had was spacious but the legs were possibly not bolted very good to the frame, so whenever one of us was turning, the whole bed seemed to be breaking. Also, changing towels once per week feels a bit too rare, I do not believe this is the scope of sustainability.

Clean, spacious room and corridors. Quiet. Safe. A good breakfast: plentiful healthy options and a good range, clean seating and dishes / cutlery. Once you understand the bus routes and systems, it’s easy to get into central Stockholm (walking across the park is wonderful too but obviously takes more time and won’t appeal to everyone).

It was hard to find from the numbering system (67). Instead, find number 61-65 and look at the building set back from the road and you’ll see Biz Apartments. I’m unsure if twin rooms are actually available as we had to pay extra to secure one on arrival (& we arrived in the afternoon). I’d asked 6 weeks in advance so it felt wrong to have to pay extra (& seemed to surprise the receptionist who’d just sent us to a double room instead) but what could we do? The room was completely without soul (zero pictures on the wall, privacy blinds that didn’t keep the light out at all).

The apartments were well appointed and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and I appreciated the discounted access to a well appointed gym nearby and use of a permit to shop at the wholesale grocery store on the premises. Although the apartments are a little outside of the city centre, central Stockholm could easily be reached by public transport or on foot. There are good local eateries in the vicinity.

Although the kitchen was fully equipped the pots and pans were on the small side and might present a challenge for those cooking for more than one person.

The family apartments were really great, big rooms, big windows, terrace with a beautiful view. There's even a whole kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. Having a TV with a HDMI and Chromecast was really great, you can bring your own android TV box or apple tv, or just use the given Chromecast to stream from your phone. Breakfasts were nice, kids loved it. There are bus stops 2 minutes away from the apartments and also a playground few minutes away. The location itself was good as well, 12 minute bus ride away from the city center and museums.

The room was a bit dark and poorly lit after the sunset, dim light bulbs and some of the areas in the room were dark.

We stayed here for three nights with our two-year-old daughter. The hotel is modern, convenient and easy. It's located opposite a bus stop that is serviced every few minutes and takes you straight into town, which is great. The area itself doesn't have much going on, but that was fine for us, it's a nice, calm, safe area with a kids playpark nearby and a supermarket next door and as mentioned, very easy to get into town. The breakfast is varied and convenient and allows for takeaway coffees which was convenient. The hotel is very clean, our room had everything you'd need for a basic stay.

The bathroom was a wet room which meant the whole of the bathroom floor floods when someone showers. Which means you have to sweep the water up afterwards with a wiper-broom which was provided. The under floor heating meant it dried quickly but it was a bit inconvenient to sweep up after every shower, leaving the bathroom floor wet for others who needed to use the sink/toilet etc. The sofa was a bit small and boxy for an apartment room, the lounge area could be better furnished. But on the whole, these were minor inconveniences to a good stay.

The apartment's location is excellent, with bus stops nearby that take you to the city center in just 10–15 minutes. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a variety of options that kept us satisfied during our 4-night stay without feeling repetitive. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Although the initial apartment we were assigned did not match the photos of the one we booked, they assisted us in changing to a better apartment. This process required a nominal upgrade fee, but the staff's attitude was commendable. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped, including a fully functional kitchen with a dishwasher, which was very convenient. We loved the view from our apartment's terrace, especially the fireworks display on New Year’s Eve—it was truly a memorable experience.

The initial apartment did not match the photos of the one I had booked, which was disappointing. While the staff resolved this by offering an upgrade, it took up a lot of my time on the day of arrival, and I had to pay extra only for the terrace, even though we moved to a smaller apartment. Considering the mismatch was not my fault, the upgrade should have been provided free of charge. With apartments, I expect the look and feel to match the booking description more precisely, unlike hotel rooms where some variation might be acceptable. So, after booking please confirm with the staff that you get the exact same apartment that you booked.

The well-functioning apartment, supermarket and gym next door made this stay comfortable and stress-free, unlike my first visit to Biz Apartment Gardet, which was marred by an overflowing bathroom shower and a leaking bathroom sink. The was a positive difference in my mood and comfort when not having to constantly clean water off the bathroom floor or dry the floor mate.

Comparing this stay with my last stay, I would suggest that the hotel management should be more aware of issues with some apartments such as the bathroom. They should also communicate and the guest should be compensated beforehand. Remember, these issues do matter to some guests. I wish my first stay was equally as good as this stay.
