Location is northern most accommodation towards the spit and Seaworld. It is 2.7km from Surfers and 5km from Broadbeach, with a shared pathway fronting the beach most of the way. Plenty of secure parking. Apartment was well appointed and spacious, with reasonable cooking facilities with kitchen appliances and accessories. Beds are large and comfortable. Windows open to let the Seabreeze in and you can fall asleep to the roar of the ocean.

Photos of the apartments show a full glass window with ocean view from the lounge and offers 2 choices, ocean or south facing. We chose ocean view and were given a north facing room. On our floor it was apparent that the ocean facing apartments were privately owned was still a great view from our apartment but found the photos and selections misleading. Booking.com advertised the room at $1895 for 5 night. When charged, the room was $1843+GST and we were overcharged by $137, which is still being disputed by booking.com.

Amazing location, amazing view! Appointed well, it has everything we needed. Loved that we could open all the windows and get some breeze. Nice and close to Tedder Avenue. Nice and quiet. Has Foxtel, tennis court, spa, pool, gym, free appointment parking, sauna and direct beach access. Staff/Kim were extremely nice and helpful! Would definitely love to come back.

Only criticism would be that you could feel every movement of the other person in the bed, it kept me up every night.

Absolutely outstanding location, right on the beach. We were upgraded from the ground floor to a level 6 apartment, so we had uninterrupted sea views from every room. The building is only a couple of blocks from the main restaurant strip, and right next to the large parkland that heads up to the Spit. The apartment was comfortable, well-appointed and spacious. Good bed, bathroom and kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

The only problem we encountered during our stay was the building's faulty fire alarm - twice in one day, we all had to gather out on the street while the fire brigade checked that everything was OK.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Accommodation was brilliant and beautiful views.

Close to beach, Great facilities, Enjoyed view from balcony, For runners or joggers there is a running path just outside accommodation, Short walk to some really nice restaurants and cafes. It is peaceful at night. Extra fridge for drinks was a nice bonus. Cooking facilities were well maintained.

It would have been nice to have a coffee machine like a nespresso pod machine to make coffees in the morning. Everything else was perfect for a grown up family of 4 people.

Amazing views of ocean and beach, with floor to ceiling windows. Nb: not all rooms face ocean like mine did.

For such an amazing place, the cups, plates, knives and cooking pans etc were cheap and inadequate in quantity. I subsequently found out if I had asked they would have provided more cutlery/glasses etc, but it wasn’t decent quality. That said, I love to cook and brought my own knives etc for food preparation, and we bought some glasses and chopping boards from Kmart.

The views are incredible, great beach access, beds are comfortable, staff are super friendly.

The cleanliness really needs attention. The blankets had hair on them. The kitchen surfaces were all streaky. Windows could afford more cleaning with all the sea spray. Curtains are not hanging correctly. Lost water one night, followed by thumping in the water pipes, which was unlucky. Bathroom and kitchen are in desperate need of an upgrade.

The location of the building gives you amazing views of the ocean, the common pool and grass area are very well maintained.

Each of the properties are individually owned, the one we were staying in is currently on the market and some basic maintenance is required. A simple thing like a missing wall light fitting that you could get replaced for $40 for Bunnings would be a no brainer with the amount they were charging per night

Absolutely fabulous view, great location, room had everything we needed for the week stay. Modern furniture, clean bright rooms. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Pool and heated spa were a welcome addition. So close to the beach for a walk and swim. We were able to watch the Whales from the lounge room.

These issues were manageable, however, the built-in wardrobes in our apartment need updating, I ended up keeping clothes in suitcase. The small balcony table needs replacing.

Absolutely incredible location, with views to die for! Felt like we were in the ocean! Very spacious apartment with everything we needed for a week long stay. Staff were friendly. We had the SE facing beachfront room on 12th floor and was the best view in GC. Will definitely be back!

Not much to fault other than that the shower pressure was not great, and we had a cockroach in our room. There is a fair bit of construction going on in the area which was noisy but the double glazing blocked out alot of noise, and obviously this was out of their control.
