Nice room, strangely comfy bed...memory foam style

Breakfast promised omlettes made to order, but there was none 'due to maintenance'....both mornings ??? Shower was a nightmare to get water temp right, kept fluctuating from freezing to boiling !

This hotel is within walking distance of the bars and restaurants downtown and on Music Row. The Country Music Hall of Fame is 1 mile away, and Losers, The Row, and other places Music Row were 1/2 mile away. It was clean, comfortable, and had a large lobby and breakfast area.

The whole experience exceeded all expectations. We loved this hotel. All rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location was a 20 minute walk to Downtown / Broadway, but it was a lovely walk that was always enjoyed. There are many lovely restaurants all within a few minutes walk of the hotel. When we return to Nashville we will stay here again!

Whilst the breakfast was always nice and fresh, we feel here could have been more variety. We stayed for 7 nights and had the same breakfast each day.

All the little extra touches are impressive. Complementary tea/coffee at reception, massage chairs, afternoon cookies. The breakfast was excellent with omelette station, pancakes, fresh fruit, etc. Good selection. Location was OK. It was a bit of a hike to Broadway but close to a few bars on Demonas... St. (warning to U21. You must be in the bars before 6pm even if you are going to eat. We really struggled with getting in anywhere for food after 6pm).

Expect a hike to Broadway but you did have a few good bars close by eg Tin roof Shampoo /body wash bottles are very small and it's difficult to use.

I had low expectations because "Best Western" is an economy type hotel and I usually pick a more expensive style. I was pleasantly surprised . The staff were friendly and there were extras provided that not only saved money, but made the stay more enjoyable. Grabbing a complimentary Latte in the morning and also the complimentary breakfast. The free massage chairs were a big hit with our group. Location is ok, walking distance to the Gulch but a bit of a hike to Broadway- although still manageable for our group. We did not have children with us ,but there was a games table and foosball table- management thinks of everything.

It would be nice to have a lounge at the hotel but not a deal breaker.

The breakfast was great each morning, they have an omelette station where you order what you want, toast, cereals, juice, milk, hash browns, sausages, fruit etc. Really well put together. Location wasn't too bad, close to The Gulch, Vandebilt university and within about 20 to 25 minute walk to Broadway and all the entertainment down there. The area seems safe, day or night. I didn't have any issues or nor did I feel unsafe at any time day or night.

Can't say there was anything I didn't like, it was great!

Thought facility was exceptionally clean. I travel a fair amount and seldom can say that. There was a problem with the electronic key working and a staff member had me stay there while she went down to front desk to get new key. That was above expectations. The mattress was extremely comfortable. The rate on the room was $139, which wasn't bad but the local hotel taxes raised total about due to $187 - but that is not hotel's fault, that is city of Nashville's fault.

Hotel tax was ridiculously high

The room was spotless and modern. Bathroom was clean and recently updated. Good size fridge and a microwave. Housekeeping turned in my sister's purse immediately upon finding it when cleaning the room. She didn't even realize she had forgotten it. The front desk called and made arrangements to mail it to her. THANK YOU!!!

The bed was firm for me but I like a soft bed. No fault of the hotel but I didn't realize that music row is not near Broadway where the bars are. It is very walkable but it is a mile away from all the action.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped room. Loved that there was a kettle for tea. Close to bars and restaurants and a 20 min walk into downtown. Good quality buffet breakfast which includes an omelette station which is kept clean and well stocked by friendly staff.

Parking was really convenient but a little expensive. Annoying vending machine only takes credit cards and takes more credit than you spend, giving it back later. It knows what I bought - why reserve credit? Small issue I know but easily rectified.

Convenient, affordable basic hotel. I could hear every noise through the door and lots of very noisy guests during the day but it settled down and was quiet in the evening. I only stayed one night and didn't need very much as I was shifting from a personal trip to a work trip so this worked for that. The staff were very polite and attentive. Basic amenities were available. If you need something affordable and decent, I would recommend.
