Showed up just before 2:00 to be told our room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be ready at 2:00 so they’d call us, we had travelled 8 hours with cranky kids to then be told we’ll call you when we’re ready. Went closer to 3:00 when we got a call so well past check in time and found shaved hairs in the wardrobe

Suited our purposes and it was clean and tidy.

Although the staff we dealt with were friendly and assisted as much as possible they were both trainees so struggled a bit. I asked about the local taxis and it was almost too hard. I understand everyone needs to start somewhere but suggest that there is only one trainee on Reception at a time.

Great amenities, friendly staff, clean. We were near the main road and weren't bothered by noise. We've stayed twice, once with our dog and will be staying every time we come to Mackay

We had 2 cockroaches in the room, but they had left Bug spray. The bunk beds were foam and not the most comfy, wouldn't be good for an adult

The location of our cabin was right in front of the jumping castle that was a BONUS thank you and i would like that Cabin location again

The Bed had BED BUGS and I did not sleep well at all and I had a red rash over my back, arms and legs the next morning. I told the lovely, helpful staff members and they were all very nice and helpful. They changed the mattress and sheets completely. The Cabin was no cleaned properly as there was a dirty towel behind the lounge chair and, make up brush left behind and a packet of popcorn left behind the microwave as well.

We were able to check in a little bit earlier which was very convenient. The room was very clean. It had everything you needed for cooking and cleaning. The beds were very comfy. The kids loved the pools. We will definitely be back!

Parking could have been a bit better. If you have other people walking around in the house, the whole house shakes.

It has great facilities and lots of stuff for the kids. Price was great.

The only thing was that the laundry was a bit small. A couple of the washing machines were broken and only two dryers so had to wait in line. The only thing missing for the kids was a playground.

Family friendly . Everything I needed was in the cabin. Even able to wash and dry my clothes at the caravan park. Staff was great.

I have a Adult Son with disabilities, the shower was a bit small , which made it hard for me to shower him properly.

It was a family gathering, and we had 2 cabins booked.. they were situated adjacent to each other and just across from the communal area, pools, etc. Was very handy for us. The communal BBQ area was a great space for our family pre Christmas gathering.

a couple more lounging chairs around the pool area would be nice. One of the chairs there had broken welding where the seat met the atm of the chair. I meant to report it before I left but didn't get around to it.

We were travelling from Cairns to Wollongong with our cats due to relocating and wanted to space out the drive. We were driving long hours everyday and couldn't get there before checkin, I was able to phone and arrange for the keys and a map to be left in the safe for us to collect. The lady I spoke to was so friendly and helpful.

We arrived late and staff were super accommodating and helpful arranging late self check-in. We pay everything X2 because we are a family of 8. It was safe, clean, affordable and family friendly

Our own fault of course but two cabins next to each other. Next time I'll book that.
