Great spot for a longer time stay. Close to amenities but tucked away from the busier tourist crowd and noise. Nice little kitchen, great amenities nearby. Not a lot of added details, kitchen was very basic, no dish soap, sponge, coffee filters. No ice in the fridge or trays, no ice machine , bar wanted € 2 for a cup of ice. No swimming in pool without cap, small charge to purchase. We froze ice in coffee cups, left paper towels and soap for dishes. Not sure they will be there for the next guest. Housekeeping ladies were lovely

Lovely hotel and they gave us a brilliant big room, loved the indoor pool facilities and also the outdoor. Close enough to the old town for us to walk in and out but also cheap in an Uber if we didn’t feel like walking

We booked this hotel as they said they don’t accommodate stag or hen parties, however about halfway through the holiday the place was swarmed with a massive stag party of maybe 30 or more men who were very loud and rowdy and honestly ruined our holiday. It was such a shame as the hotel is lovely but after that I’d be afraid to go back. Also wouldn’t recommend eating at the pool bar.

Paying 9 euros for an Aperol spritz everyday (and asked for extra Aperol) on my 3rd day there new bar tender asked for $18 euros for the extra shot Aperol when I was paying $9 euros from the beginning ! Called the manager who was lovely and rectified it by apologising and giving me back the change !

We loved the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment. Location is around a ten minute walk from the old town. The pool area is lovely. Bed was very clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff are exceptionally friendly, (going as far as cleaning my partner's foot after he walked on glass).

Reception staff are not so friendly (a polite smile or hello would make a difference). We were given a ground floor apartment which faced a wall, and had no sun. When we asked to be changed we were given a blunt 'No' even though the place was not at full capacity. I suggest double checking where your apartment is allocated.

Excellent location, great swimming pool, extremely comfortable beds, lovely balcony, cocktail of the day for cheaper - we would definitely come back here!

Of course this type of place attracts stag parties which can’t be helped! The staff were around to ask them to keep their drinks away from the pool though

Indoor Pool was awesome as the outdoor pool was very cold. The Bar was spacious and clean. The house keeping team was amazing and kept the rooms spotless.

The outdoor pool was so cold, I know this is because of the time of year but heating the pool would help with this. The indoor pool made up for it though.

Pool area was really nice. We used it a few times. We also took advantage of the indoor pool on colder days. Our apartment was spacious and cleaned ever day.

I was, and still an angry at the rules the facility makes are NOT enforced. They make it clear NOBODY can enter indoor pool WITHOUT a bathing cap. They also charge €5 each for these caps which I bought 2 of. Also no balls or floaty toys in pool. Again, their rules. Went down with my wife to find 6 loud men playing with a soccer ball in the pool not one with a cap on. They also had glass on the pool deck………bottle of gin……ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS ALLOWED. Worst was that they were monitoring the indoor pool on cctv at the front desk but nobody reacted. Also felt slighted by the expectation for guests to PAY for pool towel usage…….tasteless.

Pool facilities and location were our favourite part of the hotel. Ideal for both families and friends travelling as it is so close to both Old Town and New town. Taxi very accessible and the supermarket is only 2 minute walk away. Very good air conditioning and water pressure in the shower too.

There was a bad smell coming from the pipes at certain stages of the day as we were on level 1 unsure whether it was just our floor or not. The Spa was also closed during our stay so couldn't try that.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff did a great job everywhere was spotless. Good location. Across the road from Albufeira Terrace (shopping centre) 5 mins in taxi to old town for €4 or €5. Rooms are air conditioned, spacious, well equipped. Pool was great and really refreshing. It was big enough not to feel packed even in busy periods. Lots of loungers and parasols available. Not a great selection in the snack bar/bar but this didn't really impact as we had food and drinks in the old town.

Hotel states it does not allow large groups! This is NOT true…. There was at least one group of males, aged in their 30’s (12+) who were loud, swearing, drinking from glass bottles and smoking around the pool. No one from the hotel challenged this despite the obvious signs. Shame they couldn’t see the issues of glass around a pool area, even with the presence of children.
