Clean, near beaches good service.

The only issue I encountered was with housekeeping: they came to my room and entered before the official check-out time, even knocking first. Check-out was scheduled for noon, but they arrived earlier and opened the door. While this was a minor inconvenience, it didn’t overshadow the overall excellent experience. I would still highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and atmosphere.

All the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay while we were visiting family in town. The parking was ample, check in and out was easy, we felt we had everything we needed and knew where to go if we needed help. The water pressure in the shower was particularly nice :) and the towels were really thick and soft. We liked that there weren’t a lot of wasteful extra toiletries but that anything we needed was available on request.

Nothing we didn’t like. The rooms were no frills but very comfortable and fit our expectations and needs.

The door keys worked all 3 days! Seems like every motel I go to, we always have trouble. Our experience here with keys was great! All of the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were friendly. Of particular note, the housekeeping staff, I interacted with all spoke English.

I stayed in room 210. The bathroom had a pretty good hunk of mold in the corner where the tile met the tub. The Kleenex box in the bathroom was empty when we arrived. No Equal sweetener in coffee area, just “healthy” stuff which I care nothing about.

Nice place. The desk clerk that checked us in was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. Things were quiet and calm. Our daughter loved the indoor pool. The breakfast was great.

The only complaint I have is the night desk clerk. She was more concerned about being on her cell phone than anything else. There were 3 of us standing at the desk for a while before she even noticed we were there. The reason we stopped to speak with her was that being a family of 3, we had accumulated more trash than the 2 trashcans in our room could manage. So rather than just letting them overflow or put them out in the hall, we took it downstairs on our way out one night and asked if there was a dumpster we could put it in. She was pretty rude and acted as if we were bothering her. So my husband just said forget it and took the trash down the road and put it in a dumpster.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. We needed our rooms close together, and they upgraded one of our rooms for free to make it happen! When we had more family come the next day, they were just a two doors away. It was clean, specious, and quiet. Cleaning staff was friendly. Breakfast had ample options, including a waffle maker and other hot food.

There is no free water anywhere in the building other than out of the sink. Bottled water cost like $3.50. There are no water fountains. There is no water option at breakfast. Oh, the indoor pool was nice, but the water was too cold.

The sausage or meat served was not hot and very dry tasting. Overall breakfast was okay. I really enjoy the hot coffee and tea that is available 24 hours. Rooms, Pool and Exercise Area really clean. Staff exceptionally friendly. Hotel had a fresh clean smell upon entry. Jackson at the front desk is always friendly and very helpful.

I called to check on a reservation and the young lady at the desk was not hospitable, not friendly, not professional. So unlike the other staff and what I am used to.

Room and common facilities were clean. Staff very friendly.

We have stayed here several times over the last 3-4 years. It has always been top-notch. This trip it just seemed a little tired and run down. Still clean but just felt dull. Felt like they were cutting back on all aspects. Breakfast especially had less variety even than during Covid restrictions. Breakfast staff were friendly but just not pushing themselves to keep things stocked, trash cans emptied, etc. Just a little disappointed.

The hotel was modern with great amenities such as an indoor pool, fitness room, complimentary breakfast, snacks for purchase, guest laundry, elevators, etc. We really appreciated that there was guest laundry on our floor. Therefore, we didn’t have to walk up or down to other floors in order to do our laundry. The staff were friendly. The hotel was located in a convenient area with nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, we recommend staying here, and we plan to stay again if we visit Wilmington, North Carolina again in the future.

The wonderful fall scent in the Lobby. The fall decor was an excellent touch. Everywhere was exceptionally clean- lobby, elevator, halls, & my room. It was quiet. The breakfast bar was well stocked & clean .The grounds outside were clean & some flowers survived the cold spell. The smiling faces of the front desk were so nice. I met a housekeeper near my room upon arrival. She was so polite. Her cart was clean too! The decor throughout the entire hotel was awesome. Every thing seemed to be updated too.

Honestly, I can't complain about a thing.
